Friendly customer service but did not receive dine order until 45 minutes after because they didn’t know my name and has it for a pick up order, once the food was received it was very very crispy and hard to eat and with no sauce, I eat at other locations such as Selma, dinuba, and reedly and their food quality is much better than here at this Hanford location. Did not enjoy the food here, customer service was okay besides the wait time.

We went to eat, and to begin with, the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I asked a question about how to place my order since it was my first time eating there, and the person who served us had an annoyed attitude the whole time… The soda machines were out of carbonation, the drinks tasted horrible, and as for the pizza, I’d rather not even comment.

This place is the worst pizza parlor in Hanford.. customer service sucks..the pizza crust is like sand paper..and they don’t offer crushed peppers/parmesan cheese or even ranch for your hot wings..you have to wait in line AGAIN to ask for it, and they look at you with that UGH face..you spend all that money and can’t even get a courtesy smile

20$ for a pizza made from scraps of God knows how many other pizzas. I’m posting the picture here so you can see for yourself, this was not a freshly made pizza but a patchwork of random pizza slices put together with a little cheese thrown on top to make it look like a whole pizza. Disgusting! And just crooked as can be! I will never eat at any of the Me n Ed’s again and I will tell EVERYONE how this nasty place does business, sneaky as hell!

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The entire experience was great!! The pizza was DELICIOUS!! This was my first time visiting this place and honestly I was very happily treated!! They were very attentive and the lady was very helpful walking me thru my order!! The place looked very clean, and it smelled very good!! I definitely recommend it!! And I can’t wait to come back!!!
