I had a very unpleasant experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill.
The parking lot was completely taken over by delivery drivers loitering in groups. Many were smoking, spitting, and standing directly near the entrance, which made it uncomfortable to even walk inside.
As a woman alone, walking past a tight group of five men blocking the doorway did not feel safe.
Inside, there was constant crowding from delivery pickups. Drivers repeatedly moved through the dining area, brushing past customers and creating a chaotic environment. Outside seating was also occupied.
The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and unmanaged. Customers should be able to park, enter, and eat without feeling uncomfortable or pushed aside. Management needs to take better control of the situation.

Best Chipotle in the valley—argue with your mama if you disagree! Polite staff, perfectly cooked food like flavorful grilled veggies, generous portions, and I’ve never seen it too crowded. It’s the go-to spot for a satisfying, healthy meal.

The worst location I’ve been too. By 1pm there is slim pickings they were out of pretty much everything and on top of that rude Hispanic female serving. Place is dirty as well.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
Seems like every single time I come to Chipotle with my family I’m more and more disappointed. My chips were beyond oily. NOT the 1st time or the 2nd. 6 employees and not enough food. Frustrating to hear the employee tell police officers (hardworking men on the job) that there isn’t this or that. Now the customer can’t pick what they really want. Has to pick whatever is left over. Not even close to closing. I understand if they said that the last 30 mins before closing. Not hours before.

Ordered the new meat (chicken al pastor) and did a pickup through the Chipotle app only to come home and find out that there’s no meat inside. Even if there was no Chicken Al Pastor available, at least put another kind of meat or better yet, tell the customer so yikes. If I wanted a veggie burrito, I would’ve ordered one. Do better…

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever gotten food from. It is consistently wrong and horribly packed, but I always try it again a few months later because it was a restaurant I loved so much for years. The last time I ordered, they completely covered the burrito bowl in sour cream, which I absolutely hate, instead of including the queso that I paid for. Even if I liked sour cream, it would have been inedible because you literally couldn’t see any of the rest of the bowl. Just a huge sheet of sour cream covering every single centimeter.
Pictured is the last order of “tacos” I got. They put them in aluminum foil (not even a tray..??) that wasn’t closed all the way and had sauce all over the top so they were completely inedible. I got a fork because, as you can see, when I tried to pick the least soggy one up and it still completely broke apart. Ridiculous. They also weren’t what I had ordered, anyway, and the few bites I scooped up with the fork were gross. The best part of this whole ordeal this go around is I wasn’t ever even given a refund. This store never answers when you call. Don’t waste your money or time here!!!!

Ordered delivery. Order was short on food. Chips were stale and soggy. Burrito was stone cold. Burrito bowl meat was dry. I’ve had too many bad Chipotle experiences. This is the last one.

We have been ordering online. In part because we believe in supporting local businesses. However, we noticed that the portions are smaller when you order online and in the last two orders it comes with a lot of liquid. May be they don’t drain the lettuce appropriately… It’s getting disappointing. Added two pics. One showing how much empty room there was and the amount of water!
