This is a nice spot to stop in if you’re in American Falls. The service was fast and friendly. The young lady who helped us was super sweet. We had the steak fingers and a quarter pounder with tater tots. They were all great! (see photos) We each had a crunchy whip and they were both delicious as well. This is a definite redo for us. We will be back.

Food is so so. But they are so slow. Sat in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes, with only one car in front of me. If you want to get out of there fast, don’t go through the drive thru.Very disappointed. Will more than likely skip going there again.

Reminds me of the restaurants when I was a child 70 years ago. A double row of cars lined up for take out & all tables full inside. Popular with the locals! Menu looks similar to drive-ins. Lots of shakes and ice cream flavors. I had the Foot long hot dog and the dressing was not plain yellow mustard. It was very tasty. Friend had a cheeseburger that was on special. Less than $10 even with the tip. They were slammed so we waited around 10 minutes. Very friendly staff. Cashier had the sweetest smile, brought us our order and really cared about customers. Clean toilet. We are passing through but if we ever come this way again, We would eat here.

This place is just barely off the interstate but worth a couple minutes drive. Great prices and real food are delightful!! So refreshing to not eat in a cookie cutter franchise Love stopping in when traveling. The mushroom burger is fantastic. Eat in or drive thru. Nice people too!! .

I’ve came here for years I’m not just someone who’s passing through town. I’ve helped back on reviewing hoping for it to get. When it’s slow your waiting 15-30 mins when there busy just plan on going a different day. When they forget to give you your right order they will act like it’s your fault and are just rude employees. When your getting your food and the employee smells or looks like they haven’t showered in weeks it’s great. Some self care and acting like your care about your job would be great. Food just doesn’t taste right it used to be great now it’s just not worth even eating there. Posting this after few days of another bad experience.

Food was just ok. The falls burger was dry. The chili burger hard to eat and just ok. My kids liked the grilled cheese, corn dogs and chicken strip basket. Fries were good. Nothing amazing but not much else around so it was fine.

Usually a good experience here, but a couple weeks ago on a Wednesday we had a terrible interaction/food. Everything except our drinks was messed up. We ordered two large Falls burger combos, with tots and added bacon on both. Neither had bacon or tots, the fries we received were not large, and one of the burgers was a single patty instead of the double it’s supposed to come with. Neither had cheese, which I’m not sure if that burger has cheese or not, but I thought last time I got it, it did.
We called when we got home and realized everything but the drinks were incorrect and the boy I spoke to said “well what do you want me to do about it?” We didn’t want to come back, an offer of a refund or comp meals for next time would have been nice.
I called and left a voicemail the next day to speak to a manager, and have yet to receive a call back. Very disappointing service and food.

Always good food and great service here. I enjoy getting their ice cream and milkshakes, and they always have different ice cream Creations to try out. The drive-thru is conveniently and quick. Great place to stop to get your classic burger joint food.
