I was really hungry and really looking forward to the Potato Scrambler since the guy taking the order said he could replace the pork with chicken and take out the cheese. Well my order came and it didn’t have any egg, so we asked and they said sorry and it came back with what seems like a tsp of scrambled egg? Is this how much they’re supposed to portion in this? I don’t know. Quite upset though since I live an hour away and needed something substantial to eat before going back to work.

WORST customer experience I have ever dealt with. I placed my order through the app at 4 PM. Normally, they will start making your order when you get to the restaurant tell them your name, but they made the order right away, which caused my food to be very cold by the time I picked it up at 4:30.

The first time that I placed my order through The mobile app it was at least an hour before I up to the restaurant. They told me to go ahead and check in, and they will prepare my order. Today, however, it was different. I got to the restaurant gave them my name, and my order was surprisingly made and done. They usually take while before the order gets finished. I already knew that was going to be cold because the receipt said that they finished it at 4:03 PM my main concern I was already hungry.

Once I got home and opened my bag, I realized that my order was missing all sides to both combos. Already annoyed I packed up the bags, got in my car and went back to the restaurant.

I spoke to a nice gentleman named Luke that said that he would help me out with my order and how to do was pull To the window.

I pulled up to the second window and the shift manager aggressively opened the drive-through window ,no hi, hello, or how’re you, and proceeded to tell me That the food was cold because of the time that I placed the order. I was confused because that was not the reason i came back. I came back because half of my order was MISSING.

Courtney (shift manager) NEVER Acknowledged the fact that my order was missing quite a few items she kept mentioning the fact that the food was cold because I placed my order through the app app and they make it right away when they receive it she kept repeating that over and over again not sure why? That wasn’t the point. my concern was that the food was already cold when I picked it up and when I got home, I was missing items so it was about to be even more cold.

Courtney refused To remake my order because she said I yelled her lol. District manager Instructed her to give me a refund. I left with no food And my time wasted.

We placed a mobile order waited in line for 45 minutes, then sat at the speaker for another 18 minutes and were never greeted. Never got the food we paid for. Called the restaurant the next day, because whoever was working that night never answered the phone. Talked to the GM about our experience and she said she would make sure to refund the money! I still have not gotten the money returned, tried to call again and the phone is never answered. Absolutely horrible experience. We will not be back. Paying a lot of money for something and not getting it, then being lied to about getting a refund horrible. Wish I could give 0 stars like the 0 food we never received

Young dude working the window 8/6/24 @ 7pm was great. Super kind and professional, answered all of my questions and made recommendations. Absolutely deserves a raise & acknowledgment from his staff. In a place that seems to have struggled with customer service in the past, this was a great experience.

After having an order messed up at this Taco John’s location at lunchtime, returned to the restaurant, and the staff went out of their way to make me satisfied they went above and beyond they made me a brand new order and apologized. It was really nice of them. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was super friendly.

Did a mobile order. Went to pick up my order and when I got there I was told that they didn’t have all the ingredients for the two burritos that I ordered. Then when asked for a refund a older gentleman came to the window and told me that they have the ingredients for the burritos. They had to made more for them. Food was cold. Potato oles were very old and tasted like they have been sitting there under the heat lamp all night long. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed for sure.

I have always been happy , with the service and food. This time was very unhappy. Not sure if it is lack of training, help or pay. Waited 15 min at drive thru. The the truck behind left , then the car in front of me left. I waited I got off work and needed dinner. The employee was polite. I still waited another 7 mind at the window. Only two employees. I had just a taco salad. All Lettuce and I really mean like two tablespoons of beef . They were out of salsa, but it was offered when order was placed. Basically paid for Lettuce. I really like TJ more than TB. I hope this place doesn’t close. But they really need to make some adjustments, before it is to late. I am better off visiting the Berthod location at this point.

Showed up at 9:24 P.M. and was told they were closed due to being out of beans and beef in which I replied I was wanting to order a chicken grilled burrito they then replied about being out of beef and beans again, I had to explain that neither of those ingredients were required for what I was asking. They sold me the meal and didn’t season the oles, the burrito itself was a folded up tortilla with clumps of cold hard cheese and chicken (supposed to be grilled.) Do not recommend nor will I ever stop at this location again. I work graveyards so I don’t need the “I want to get home at a decent time.” Excuses. When the schedule is open until 10 P.M. then you should be serving quality until then and clean up after.

As opposed to my usual reviews, this will be short… any Taco Bell is far far better than this Taco John’s! The order taker was pleasant, but the beef burritos, bean burritos, crispy tacos and quesadillas (we purchased several of each for the family) were wet tortillas at best! Outside of the crispy tacos, all burritos and quesadillas operated with an anemic portion of beef or beans or cheese>>>maybe a tablespoon of ingredients each. Avoid at all cost!!! Granted, I am not a Taco Bell fan; as a family, we just wanted to have some fast food, and try something other than TB. If you have the same craving, go somewhere else!!!

Horrible food!!!! Avoid at all cost! Go to Taco Bell, del taco, shoot get a taco from BK.

Placed an order on Taco Tuesday and food was gross as the meat was gooey, shells were stale. I will never eat at this place. My family got sick as my oldest actually puked. We all were fine the next day except bad gas.

Top that off, was a online order and they still took 20 min to bring out the food.

Spoke with Glenn Store manger. I had it on my agenda to talk to the store manger but got tied up with work related things and he said he can’t do anything week later. Refund of some sort would of been nice or least an apology. Instead he complained that was a week later and that he and his family have been working long hours there.

Well, tacos johns, last of my $ your seeing from me. I will take my business elsewhere where the meat is better and of course the service where I feel valued and appreciated. If something went wrong elsewhere, they would of made it right and been concerned about the health issue even if it’s a week later.

FYI Glen, we sometimes get busy and sometimes people grab food before they go on a vacation or get tied up with work just like you. An apology would of been nice instead of trying to make me look like the bad guy. Take care ✌
