Horrible service lately, took over a hour for chicken skillet and a burger. One cook should not be happening at 6pm on a weekday. 3 different couples left after staff told the true time frame of their meals. After waiting the complete hour no intent was offered to even give a time grievous discount full price with that wait is just plain vile. Hope this place gets re-staffed with competent COOKS and staff soon.

Terrible service, taking a long time to get food. For example, it is taking about an hour to get the food and with the worst attitude from the servers. Not the kind of customer service I would get from this location. Not recommended especially since it’s the only one nearby. Suggest getting more employees or at least work on customer service! Wanted to see who was the manager and it was the one who was giving the most awful customer service. It was pretty funny how it was the manager being one of those servers. Do not recommend this restaurant! Did not appreciate any of it.

Worst dining experience i have ever had!!!! It took 45 minutes just to get a drink. Tried to get the staffs attention and was rudely ignored. Definitley will never go back. Wouldnt even recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely disgusted!!!!!! Would rate 0 stars but wouldnt let me write review without giving 1 star.

This ia a not the first time we have visited Denny’s in Douglas AZ. Today’s bad service leaves us with one clear answer for my family. Never to return to Denny’s in Douglas Az again. The waitress are always very rude and your lucky ifs obe speaks English. And completely disrespectful. Denny’s states they are open 24 hours however after walking in there today at 0530. The waitress turns around and states no service till 0600 but I have coffee. As we were about to sit down she turns aroynd and states (I saud no service till 0600. Not ti mention that not one person ever greets you with kindness. VERY POOR SERVICE. FROM THE STAFF.

Oh my God that was the worst Denny’s I ever ate every time I ordered something they were out of it then when I finally said I’ll have the salmon Skillet they came back they didn’t have potatoes so I told him we’ll give me more vegetables it took almost an hour to get I got the our dinner member I said more vegetables I should have said pacifically more broccoli they gave me more tomatoes and the fish oh my God it was rubber I couldn’t eat it and on top of that there was no more senior citizen discount from AARP this place was a joke so with the service
