I really wanted to like Burger Heaven, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The burger I ordered was so thin that it felt like I was just eating the buns — there was barely any meat to taste. For a place that calls itself “Burger Heaven,” I expected something juicy and satisfying, but this was far from it.
The onion rings were also a letdown. They were way too thick and not properly cooked inside — it was like biting into raw batter. Definitely not recommended.
The service was fine and the staff seemed friendly, but that doesn’t make up for how poor the food was. I was really hoping for a good burger spot, but sadly, this isn’t it.

My wife and I live right near the village and after seeing how busy it’s been here we wanted to come down and try it. The staff was so nice and the food was hot and fresh. We were helped right away by the girl at the counter when we walked in. We both got regular burgers and shared sides of fries and onion rings. I knew the burgers were on the smaller side but I’m not a big eater so it was perfect for me, if you are a bigger eater definitely get the double or an extra burger. The onion rings and fries were super hot and crispy! The prices are more than fair! Honestly the food was really good, we’ll definitely be back!

I loved it, my husband thought it was ok. I thought they got the onion rings perfect, he thought they were fried too hard. But I don’t like my onion to come slithering out of the ring on the first bite and these had onion in every bite. Our double cheese burgers were as I remembered but my husband thought it was missing something, but he couldn’t put his finger on it. Overall it was good, but if you eat-in, there’s not a lot of space when people come in to order.

The food here is excellent. I ordered a double cheese burger which was inexpensively priced and tasted amazing. Everything tastes so fresh. The onion rings were also out of this world.

This brings back great memories of the old burger haven on pulaski road. The coffee shake is great. The onion rings are perfect. Get a double big boy, shake, and onion rings.
Staff are friendly, and the decor is perfect.
The burgers are small but very balanced and affordable, I could easily and happily eat six of them.

The food itself is delicious. For a 3 dollar cheese burger, you really can’t go wrong. However, it’s a bit of a shame that the staff seems to have an attitude towards customers. The long haired gentleman didn’t let me put in my reward number, and rushed the entire transaction. Reward programs are typically a great way to have people come back to order food. And I didn’t get a straw with my milk shake.

First, had a delivery. Walked by the place the other day, saw them advertising and figured it was in house. Nope. They do it through DoorDash. No mention of that in the window, btw. So that was an almost extra $10. Second, the food. The burger was disgusting. If I had had removed it from the bun, it would have turned to dust that’s how overcooked it was. Fries are soggy. Chicken sandwich reminds me of what we had as kids in the lunchroom growing up. I did enjoy the onion rings and the shake.
And third, if you’re taking the name of a beloved space, shouldn’t you honor their quality and service? I remember being pregnant in 2006 and I guess it was right before they closed, my sister and I LOVED our meal there. I cannot express how I did not yesterday. Won’t be patronizing again, and have warned my friends and family against it as well.

Went tonight with our kids, it was busy but the staff was still very friendly and helpful, as it was our first time. Restaurant was clean, the only thing is we wish it was bigger! All seats were taken when we got there but the delicious food made up for it! Taste exactly the same to me

I work in the village and I’ve been wanting a place like this for a while. Just an inexpensive and tasty treat that I can walk to on my lunch break. Double cheeseburger and fries were great. Fries were crispy. Best part is the food is so fresh and it literally took only a few minutes from order to completion. Would highly recommend.
