Fantastic!
Chicken and waffles were great ! Even better with the house made hot honey to dip. Waffles were fluffy and sweet. Just right.
Fried shrimp were huge and cooked exactly right. Not rubbery. Chicken sandwich was on a nice briosch roll and was crunchy not soggy. The owners were super and talked to us about the menu while making recommendations. This is a MUST GO! Its a small shop that should be overflowing with people.
Quality food and personable folks.

Amazingly DELICIOUS food and friendly folks!! My husband and I came during the week and ordered the salmon bites and salmon cheesesteak (OMG sooo good!). We came back to try the soul food on Sunday. We ordered seared salmon, turkey legs, fried chicken and tried all the sides. EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly!!! This is small business that we will gladly continue to support!! If you don’t live in the area Pop’s Chicken Box is worth the drive!

Imma be honest the food was good. I just didn’t have a good experience I came in Sunday 10/5 and I ordered a platter of fried chicken, Mac and cheese and potato salad. My sister came with me and ordered something similar. Idk but maybe that’s why my order was lost but it wasn’t ready after waiting like 20 min but my sister food was ready even though she ordered after me. I wasn’t upset I’m like ok things happen. The moment I was kinda done is when I checked my food and I never got my potato salad. The food is very pricy so I was very upset that part my order was missing. Seems like this place prioritizes certain customers more over others.

Tried it twice, so far, and the food is great! I tried the fried shrimp platter first and then the salmon sandwich, both were delicious, but the salmon hit!! Perfectly cooked, lightly breaded and super moist, and the remoulade sauce was awesome!!

The service was great and it was super clean and nice inside! The fries were great from my box, but my husbands had old cold fries in his. The chicken… It has a good taste and the sauce is great, but it’s very chewy chicken. We had Tenders and the sandwich.

Pops Chicken Box deserves 5 stars! The service was outstanding—friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. The place was spotless, and the food presentation was top-notch, making the meal even more enjoyable. The flavors were great, but with a little less salt, I’d devour the entire plate without hesitation.

So! I’ve been to the Pamphyllia (sp?) location but it’s my first time going to then new location. I really like it – it’s wide open, there’s counter space and plenty of seating wit the Same warm greetings . I’m always so happy when they remember me coming in. Idk if it’s good or just me being big backed but I’ll take it! The food of course is always good and the lemonade is sooo good that my mom made me go back in for another for later on. Basically what I’m saying is, Go. Wit yo big backed self we can be big backs together.
Side note: they also have daily dinner specials too, like Salmon, steak and crab cakes and stuff. The milkshakes go crazy as well! Do yourself a favor and GO.
