1st visit Rice mushy, no corn no potato, . I was there to get turkey neck. Not feeling the vibe there. Turkey necks were good. Next visit wanted rice and turkey necks I was told 15 minute wait, before I could say yes or no she asked the gentlemen behind me was he there to pick up an order . Don’t look over me finish servicing me and then move on . I wonder how long this business will last.

The worst customer service ever. Today, March 8, 2025, I was going to order wings and fries from what I viewed on their on line menu and went in to inquire about the box of fries listed, and also saw it posted on the wall. The young girl was sitting behind counter head down looking at phone & never acknowledged my presence after standing there about a minute, so I hit the bell on counter she stood up but never greeted me. I asked about the size of the box of fries, and she didn’t say anything, but entered something on the register and I told her I wasn’t ordering but asking a question. I don’t think she spoke English. Then a man came from the back and I asked him and speaking broken English he said something about McDonalds, not box & was trying to tell me the size with his hands and was very rude in demonstration. I just told him I don’t want anything out of this place. I really don’t patronize these types of restaurants, but only stopped because the sign said New Orleans Seafood on it which is deceptive. These types of people are always bringing their business in our communities and think they can treat and talk to our people any kind of way. No busy from me ever!

Omg where do I start!!! First of all they need to change the name The food taste nothing near to New Orleans! Second u can only get fries as sides if u want rice u have to order it separately and guess what it’s only white rice! I said omg I thought u wld at least have fried rice. We ordered the 6pc fried chicken plate 3 oyster 3 shrimp 1 fish plate, o and the red beans and rice that was disgustingly non flavorful nothing had seasoning! In New Orleans u never have to add ketchup or hot sauce for flavor! I don’t think This restaurant will last long and I will never come back! We spent 40$ for 2 light plates that only had fries as an option. And the worst part my kid had to use it, they do not have a restroom for customers! They sent me to the little Wal greens that was upset and said they keep sending people there when they don’t have a public bathroom! Me and the Wal greens employee both agreed to how can you have chairs and (table) to sit and eat but no restroom for customers then send them to another place of business! I can understand if it was just to sit but they literally have seating tables! I hope nobody goes here this food is not good at all! Anybody saying it is haven’t been to New Orleans or just don’t no good food!!!

On 2/9/2024 I went to go give this place a try for the first time. I wanted my food to be hot so, I attempted to order. I told the cashier/ owner that I wanted the 2 piece catfish dinner and he says “Just say the number. It’s easier.” I let that slide. I then asked him, could he try my catfish extra crispy. He says “No”. I told him to cancel the entire order and I proceeded to leave. As I was leaving, he looks at another customer and say “They need to learn how to take the food the way the restaurant cooks it.” I looked at him and said I don’t have to take anything when I’m paying for it. His attitude is nasty and I felt that the statement made was inappropriate on some many levels. The job is to take care of the customers. Not the other way around! I don’t recommend going to this establishment. I want to Wemo’s and order a catfish dinner and they gave me exactly what I asked for. Do Not do business with this restaurant.
