Okay so I’ve ordered from this particular location probably over 50-100 times and while I have never had poor customer service I don’t think I can say that I’ve ever had great customer service. Until my call with Chris. Said he’s been there a couple months and he was not only very polite but sounded pleasant and like he knew what he was doing. Made the whole process really simple and pleasant. The food is always good too, rarely have I ever had any stale bread or missed toppings and if I have they hooked me up the next time.

If I could give zero stars I would. We went to this location and the guy that was closing started telling us that he has been slammed all day. We walked in around little before 8:40pm and he stated that he only had certain ingredients left which we were okay with it. He did not want to attend us, he said “Panera is open”.

So this is a review for delivery, not dining in the shop. When you get an order you should make waht is ordered, especially if the item has add-ons that I get charged for. There are missing items and at least one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly though it states clearly on the ticket what was asked for. Next, when you drop off a delivery you should probably not put it right up to the door in such a way that so when the door is opened it will knock over the box you delivered the food in and spill the contents all over the walkway.
I order delivery from time to time from this store and there is always something wrong with the delivery, never when I go into the store. If I wasn’t under such a time crunch I would go into the store, now if I want a sub and I am pressed for time I will order pizza.

Staff are all teenagers who do not know what they are doing. I put in an order and they said they ran out of white bread so they said they could substitute my sandwich with 2 smaller sandwiches. But then they forgot about my order and ended up serving 4 people behind me before my sandwich was made and no bread available. I had to wait 30 minutes to be served… so much for freaky fast. Will not be returning to this location.

The Jimmy John’s here is amazing. I commend these guys for going above and beyond during these times. I see a lot of negative reviews for a lot of food service establishments recently but most people need to realize the people making or delivering your food have a huge workload now because of recent events. Food service workers are working hard to deliver your food guys!! Show them some respect!

Had a delivery order error and lengthy delay a few years ago. Manager made it up to us by giving us a free meal ticket to use.
Tried to redeem the meal voucher about 9 months later and the manager said the books are already closed on that meal voucher and would not honor it. Great for fixing a bad mistake. REALLY Bad for not honoring the voucher later.
There was no expiration on the meal voucher. Have not been back since. Jersey Mikes is far better.

This location certainly lives up to the company’s slogan, because they are truly freaky fast. Sometimes i feel my sandwich is ready before i even finish order, the staff is always polite and the prices are fair for what you get. i just wish JJ would bring back sprouts.

“Freaky fast”? Not even close. I live under a mile from this location and it takes on average an hour for delivery. I get everyone is short staffed so I can put aside it takes about 30 mins to even make the sandwich but once I get the notification that it’s out for delivery it takes another 30 mins give or take for it to actually be delivered. 20-30 mins to go less than a mile by car??? Ridiculous.. I miss the days when I would place my order and receive my order in under 20 mins…
