I ordered delivery last night and it was so good. Im so glad Wesley looks after things and makes sure everything is like you wanted. The food was hot and delicious. We really enjoyed our meal last nightn. Robin was our delivery person and she had our order at my house in just a few minutes. She texted me to keep me informed about how my order was progressing and when she left the store. She was so nice and friendly. Thanks again to Wesley and Robin for making it a great meal.

I called in an order and the woman taking my order apparently had not been trained on how to do that. She was nice, but I had more questions than she did, plus it was really loud in the back ground, like a lot of playing around was going on. She didn’t know about the coupon they had taped to the door. I ordered 2 hand tossed. One looked good, but the other looked like the dough had not risen prior to cooking. It didn’t have much taste.

Just ordered an XL Big New Yorker, but I didn’t receive an XL Big New Yorker, I received a large “big New Yorker” pizza that had been sitting out, getting cold, not even fresh out of the oven. How does that even happen!?! Disappointed doesn’t even come close to what we are feeling. We shouldn’t have to microwave a so-called fresh pizza. And you guys were not even busy.

I usually order curbside pickup. Food is always hot and tasty but service can be slow especially when they are busy. Last time I ate in there was only one waitress and she obviously needed training. Others came in after us and were served first. We never were asked about refills and had to ask for the check. Customer service was lacking. The cashiers at the front were very personable though.

I order from this location a lot, they made my pizza wrong last time the manager gave us a credit and apologized! Summer took my order by phone today and helped me get the most out of my credit and she was amazing! The food business is stressful but Summer took her time and was patient and I really appreciate it, Summer needs a raise!

Let me start out positive…food was delicious. My children enjoyed it. Customer service sucks. Waitress was young and overworked. A lady was in the back yelling (manager). She should go to training because how you speak matters especially when customers are there. That makes it worse. They were so swamped that I put the cash on the table and left out. Cashier never came back. The front was full of orders. Employees yelling…too much! Food was good and hot

Food is good but the last few times I’ve been here the wait and service is terrible. We sat down and don’t get acknowledged, we had to move seats before someone came to us. Once we got our food, we didn’t get checked on, no refills, nothing. My boyfriend needed a refill so he went to the front to ask for one. Even an older lady there with us complained about terrible service. When we were ready to leave we had to ask for the check and a box. Best to just get to-go from here. Weasley, the older gentleman up front, he’s a good worker and always nice and friendly. The rest of the staff doesn’t seem competent at all.
