I had place order for our dinner twice through DoorDash. Vege patty were frozen , come on people pay for their food please do a better job . I was going to drive there and show you guys. Since this happened twice I am going to write a note for people . We spent $50 and every thing is terrible.

It was my first time at this subway and the service was very bad. The bread was not fresh, it was old and hard. Pooja was barely putting any veggies on the sandwich and when asked to put more she ignored. I would not recommend going to this location. Don’t waste your money on bad quality food. Very bad experience!!!!

I’ve ordered from this subway location many times and while they are quick with preparing the mobile orders, I’ve noticed that they are skimping on the portions (even the veggies). The other subways in town give better portions than this location.

I went in the morning. I was the only customer there. They lady said” hi “as she was preparing the bread. She continued to talk on her earpiece and didn’t stop preparing the bread to help me. I tapped my keys on the counter to get her attention and then she asked what would I like. Then she asked me what kind of bread. I told her. She continued to make more bread. I hit the counter again. Then she grabbed some bread. I told her to make sure it’s soft. She shook her head yes. I was there too long . I took my husband the sandwich for lunch. He said the bread was crumbling on his clothes. I actually watched her preparing fresh bread and take it out. She made my order with the bread they didn’t sale yesterday. I trusted her to give me fresh bread while she baked and talked on her earpiece while I wait. Ask for fresh bread. And the tomatoes look like they was frozen then thawed.

Horrible customer service and not even making the sandwich correctly, sandwiches over toasted, not putting full ingredients as they come.
definitely a waste of money don’t go here the amount of attitude you get ordering is not even worth it when I came in the worker was more worried about her husband visiting then helping people. 1/10
Worker was also outside visiting her husband or boyfriend leaving the store unattended with people waiting

Id give all zeroes if I could. Quality control is all over the place, and they have hung up on me 4 times now, and they don’t even know what I want yet. I ordered 3 sandwiches online, they said 10 minutes,but didn’t start until I got there. Employees are always in the back room chatting in their language, and I always order the same sandwiches but they always come out so different. Don’t contribute to poor service and no quality control. It’s more convenient and consistent to get food from the arco across the street

Omg !! The worst subway i have ever been !!! The girl idk wht was her name ! Had S name pendant in her neck , omg she dont know how much veggies do we need to put in a footlong !! Nd she never know how to respect customers !! I dont know if there was owner’s son over there or no ! But she was saying that our owner tells us not to put veggies nd she counted 6 pieces of a chopped onion and put that on my sandwhich !! She was saying her co worker in hindi that “aur veggies dalne ko bol rhi hai isko nhi pta kitni dalte hain hmein sikha rhi hai ! “ ridiculous !! I was quiet at the time cuz there were some other people over there ! But u guyz need to have a better staff ! I dont have numbers to rate u guyz ! U guyz dont even deserve a negative number in rating !! Ridiculous

Horrible experiences! The guy who served us was constantly talking on the phone to their friend while serving us got my food completely wrong. I took my friend here who was allergic to tomatoes told the guy he was allergic and the guy put tomatoes on and when he reiterated that he was allergic, the guy said oh, and just took them off and then wrapped up the sandwich, as if the juice isn’t all over the sandwich! Honestly, save your money and go to a different subway or a different store completely!! You can find food that is better quality as well as better service and a better atmosphere somewhere else!!!
