I’ll start off by saying terrible pizza for what I paid for it was a delivery and I ordered it on line. Once it arrived me and my kids where super happy to start eating. But as soon as got the first bite I got this bad burned flavor that was terrible. I ordered 4 pies and all were over cooked and burned. So I decided to call but of course no one answered, and it goes straight to a voicemail, which sounds like a cell phone number unprofessional.

This Pieology is in the Walmart shopping center, next to Popeyes Chicken with plenty of parking, serves pizza pies @$10.95 self customized prepared in front of you in a Subway manner. Fresh ingredients and plenty to choose from. Orders are prepared pretty fast. Shout out to our server Chelsea S. who was very helpful with the menu and process. Restaurant is clean and plenty of seating. You can also order online and pick up your pies, we dined in and enjoyed our food fresh out of the oven. Overall we had a good experience at this location.

Went into Pieology to grab a to-go pizza. Was greeted by Tim. We had a great chat while he custom built and made my food (which was delicious). Not only was the service great, but so was the pizza. Perfectly baked, but not overdone. Very good customer service and the restaurant was clean and well-stocked. People like Tim make these companies worth going back to.

Pieology used to B one of my favorite pizza places to go because you could have the pizza the way you wanted it now you are limited to whatever their servers wanna put on you. I was in there the other day the one in Paris, California they don’t wanna put enough sauce on they wanna leave 2 inches crust I asked for extra mushroom they didn’t wanna give it to me and that’s all I wanted on my pizza And I wasn’t allowed to have it. I won’t go to Pieology anymore. They won’t get my business. there’s too many other pizza places around.

I visited Pieology Pizza in Perris, CA, and encountered an employee who refused to provide the manager’s name and contact information. All I wanted was clarification regarding the manager’s new policy about no extra cheese or marinara even if I’m willing to pay for it when I’m building my own pizza.. Instead of addressing my question professionally, the employee escalated the situation, and I was forced to leave the store.
It’s clear to me that this employee is unhappy in her role, and if she doesn’t enjoy her job, she should consider moving on. Her miserable attitude only reflected poorly on the business. I feel sorry for her, as people with such negativity will eventually face the consequences of their behavior. As for me, I’m content with my life, but this encounter with such poor customer service left me with no choice but to file a complaint.

My husband and I were there for the first time and the food was okay, my husband’s pizza was burnt. However, let’s talk about the girl that seems to be the supervisor/manager the way she was talking to the rest of employees was sad, I can’t imagine having to work with someone like that, poor girls they looked all stressed, her comments and attitude were unnecessary. If you want reliable/happy employees start by having good management, I would hate coming to work if I knew I had to deal with someone like her.
