I don’t go to this one often since my favorite location is just a few more miles down the road and clearly I should continue to drive on by. Somehow every slush and flavored water I’ve gotten at this particular store tastes like plain water. I don’t know how you manage to make a cherry slush dark red and tasteless at the same time. Is the syrup watered down? Are we just putting food coloring in the drinks?? I thought maybe I was crazy, but the next day I went to a different location and got the same order. Exploding with flavor. Each time I’ve been to this one it’s been awful and frankly I should’ve turned around to get a refund on all our drinks. All three of our drinks were different flavors and still the same problem. (usually I just buy drinks so I cannot speak to the quality of food)

I’ll start by stating there are some workers here that I absolutely love and whenever they are here I always get what I order hot and correct. My biggest issue with this place is when I order a large chili cheese fries this is how much they give you. Any other Sonic actually give you a large chili cheese fries but this place gives you it half full. I don’t know why they don’t want to give you what you pay for. I don’t normally care enough to look up a place online just to post a review and complain but this is been happening way too often. Unless the workers I previously mentioned are working, this is a regular thing. I will say everybody that works there has always been very kind and courteous.

Slowest service ever! I sat there and waited over 30 minutes for a hotdog and two burgers. It would have been faster to drive to a different Sonic 10 miles away.

Met the nicest lady at the drive-thru! I can tell this place has gone through a lot, but I’m glad to see it’s still here. Addison (the woman who greeted me at the window) was a very sweet lady. The food was hot and I can tell they cook to order. The wait wasn’t that unbearable, and I’m happy to see this place get better. Will definitely be coming back for lunch!

Our daughter’s first cheeseburger! Service was amazing and fast. The new smash burger was outstanding! Haven’t been to this Sonic in years, they have really upped their game!

I splurged on my favorite, orange cream slushy, they got my order wrong!! It was only an orange slushy. I tipped the young man at the window, $3.00 in quarters; the female employee was very rude, rushed, careless, and apparently not good at her job!!
I may be back in the future; In general, people need to be more kind, considerate, thoughtful & compassionate to one another; strangers, family, friends, even work family!

I came here tonight on lunch break to pick up my food. I gave my name and instead of acting for more details about my order, they told me I had the wrong location, even tho I knew I was at the correct location. I knocked to confront them in person, and they had my order right there and ready. I shouldn’t have to get out of my car to get my food and I shouldn’t be harassed with cops, when I was in the right and had every reason to be mad. I’m still mad, because they didn’t give me my milkshake, but they better give me a refund
