Was great for picking up breakfast after working all night! Easy to order on the app and have it ready and waiting when I arrived. The food was hot and so good. Best coffee! So glad they started offering chicken sausage for those of us who can’t physically eat beef or pork. Only issue is had was with the waitress helping me cash out. She had an attitude which I didn’t appreciate.

We love Waffle House! Came in to a restraunt with two tables (3 people total) and was told it was going to be a while as the waitress scoffed. We didn’t get to order. She took one of our drink orders (a black coffee), rolled her eyes and said I guess I need to make more coffee (which she never even went to make the coffee), and then never came back. 4 pieces of bacon and 5 customers total was too much for them to function. We chose to leave and eat elsewhere after she was rude to the next customers walking through the door. 0/10. Businesses in Hazel Green don’t last because of poor management. Not really sure how you can possibly screw up a Waffle House, but this is the example of what not to do or be. We’ll make a drive to a further location from here on out.

Waffle House rarely disappoints. You know exactly what you’re getting (which means, you never know what you’re getting) and that’s part of the appeal.
Food is great, and if you’re lucky you’ll see/hear something pretty entertaining too!

Every couple of weeks I’ll order breakfast online and pick it up on my way to work, which is around 4 to 4:30 am. It’s a total crap shoot that it’s ready or has even been started when I get there 15 minutes later.

We took our grandson to Waffle House for breakfast as a treat bad decision. We battled several flies while trying to eat . my husband ordered the biscuit gravy and sausage. The sausage order was separate , four dollars for two very thin sausage patties. You could’ve bought a whole pound of sausage cheaper than that. The bacon that my grandson loves was in bits and pieces not cooked well at all and the gravy, my husband got was not warm at all just a really terrible experience $20 wasted and who has money to waste like that.I’m

Went in with my mother for breakfast got the All star we substitute toast for biscuit and then we get a side of gravy. We always put our gravy on our biscuits and hash browns. We ordered everything was fine. When our breakfast was served we had toast and when we inquired why we did not have biscuits the waitress responded with sorry my fault let me make you some biscuits so we waited and as the waitresses passed again we also asked dont forget our gravy. At this point the waitress tells us they were out of gravy because the shift before did not put it out for them. Now if I would have been told this prior to ordering I would have went somewhere else. But seeing how our other food had been sitting on table we felt obligated to stay. Completely unsatisfied! Do not think i will return.

Clean tables, clean floors, good service, good food, and clean restrooms! Jameson, our waiter, was very professional, attentive, and worthy of a larger tip! We will return as long as they maintain their high standards! Recommend you try this location!

Placed an order on line for an all star breakfast and they left the sausage off, this is the second time this has happened which is why I’m leaving a review. The number they have listed to call them is not working.

Ordered All Star breakfast with biscuit and side of gravy. Food came with toast instead of biscuits and then tells me no one put out gravy last night so they don’t have any. Now Veronica had to know that when we ordered because they had been open for hours. I would not have stayed and eaten there if they were out of gravy!
