I ordered this last night around 8:30 but I was heading into work so it was a few hours before I actually opened it. I got a cheese steak and a chicken salad sub and 2 other sandwiches for co-workers. The very white bread was the cheese steak I ate some of it and instantly felt sick and had to throw it away. My co-workers sandwich was a normal darker shade much darker than both of mine.

I love a good cheesesteak now and then, but I will try another business next time the craving hits. I ordered online, and the roll was a good size for an XL (split with one of my kids), but the meat was sparse. It was supposed to have peppers and onions, and I thought they had forgotten the peppers until I got to one of the last bites. And that was it – roll, some meat, onions (not too many, fortunately) and maybe a slice of pepper. No lettuce or tomato and no way to request it when ordering online. Such a disappointment and waste of $20!
UPDATE: Nice that the manager replied, but still doesn’t negate that I paid almost $20 for a sub-par sandwich and how would you know it wouldn’t come with lettuce and tomato – there is no option to add or delete with the website ordering. And 6 ounces of meat for the size that is basically 2 subs is pretty skimpy.

I’ve come a couple times this week. Everyone is so nice. My order is always made quickly and the store is so clean. I only get 15 minutes to grab food and get back to work. So it’s nice being able to order, pay, and go in like 5 minutes.

Somewhat dismayed with the Carrboro locations as neither manage their phones well. In fact, one day, during weekday business hours, I couldn’t get anyone to even pick up the phone after way too many tries. Couldn’t leave a message because the voice-mail was full. They still make good subs. Not the “products” fault, huh?

Always fantastic. Was excited to find out this location was opening up. Super friendly staff, very clean dining area, order ahead/pick up is extremely smooth. They even will keep the hot subs in a warm area and not just out with your cold orders! Would definitely recommend this location 🙂

My club supreme didn’t have the bacon on it. I’m not mad, I just don’t understand what I did wrong. I actually don’t care at all. I just wanted to get filled up because I have to eat to stay alive. I like bacon but it’s not a deal breaker for me, and I saw that lady ordered 8 giants right after me so I just threw $21 in the tip jar and dipped. Thank you for your service.
