Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time today and everything was amazing! The burritos are so big and they are VERY delicious!! Their Horchata is also very very delicious (I love it wherever I can get it). 10/10 would come in again and I hope other people come in to enjoy their food. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and let us know about what kind of foods they’ve got since it was our first time and she was very nice!

If I could, I would give service a 10 out 5! My family and I absolutely loved Iris. She was attentive, helpful, and cared for us the entire time we were there. We ate the #1 carne asada plate, the carne asada burrito, and my son got the jr quesadilla that comes with a churro and fries! This place is a hidden gem. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by! We can’t wait to return and try more food on the menu!

The lady working the front has messed up my order twice. Its not a language thing because after the last time she messed it up – I confirmed the order and she said it back to me. The order…. carne asada burrito and an order of fries. Im sorry it just doesn’t get any easier than that. What she gave me… carne asada fries and another order of fries. People make mistakes and im very easy going but her attitude was worse than the two times of getting my order wrong. I asked her if she was the owner and she replied no. I told her that was why she doesn’t care.. ill never go back because food is very expensive and I really believe we have to start holding businesses accountable for the food they EXPECT and get paid for. If you’re trying to decide on this place or another…. this review is a heads up! Don’t do it. And to the lady at the restaurant I know you were looking for this review. I told you I was going to share my experience and the 20$ you cost me is definitely worth me driving somewhere else and getting what I asked for. Try harder- just to be sure…

i’ve tried lots of burritos around town (particularly the San Mateo/Midtown) area and the country burrito i’ve tried from Arturo’s this afternoon is by far one of the most impressive burritos i’ve had in recent memory. not only is its taste exceptional, the tortilla as close to perfect as it could get for me, but it’s close to like 10 inches of burrito. more value for $10 than many other places. i would have taken a picture if i didn’t already scarf the thing down. so yeah i would suggest anyone to try Arturo’s if you’re looking for good food.

AMAZING!!!!! I am from Texas and am very picky about my food. I wasn’t expecting the food to be good because most places out here simply just aren’t. I was blown away. The chips in the nachos are perfect.. crispy, fresh, not too salty. The meat was perfectly seasoned.. the only thing I would say would be a little more cheese and a little more sour cream but it was all DAMN GOOD
