This is a wonderful stop. If you’re in the Onalaska area and you’re looking to get a pretty fresh bite of food. The staff here seem to be very punctual, work very diligently. The food was delicious and it was very clean inside the restaurant. This is a good recommendation if you need a quick bite.

I love Chipotle and their food, but this place was filthy. Every stainless surface and every table had a haze over it, from the tables to the trash cans all the areas around the drink machines were filthy. All the tables in the kitchen area were covered with a complete mess with nothing showing a wipe down. This place needs a new manager. Even the front entry concrete & door was absolutely filthy. Steer clear of this place, I think this is my first actual negative review and I am sad to post it.
Editing this the next day as I have time while entertaining my new guest Montezuma’s revenge.
I did follow up on the Chipotle request to follow up with them and see what they could do to help. They have not responded in any way and judging by the fact that these filthy restaurant reviews go back over a year nobody else gets responded to either.
This is a publicly traded company somebody should really be in charge of responding to negative reviews and fixing things like this.

These are the chips they gave my wife. This place is unbelievably bad – don’t be surprised if you get 3 pieces of chicken covered in about a pound of slimy, brown guacamole hidden underneath a mountain of lettuce. The employees are pleasant enough, but the building and the food are just bad news. Every few months we crave chipotle and give in to the temptation, thinking this time it’ll be different, but I’ve been here like 6 times in the last 3 years and I think there’s been something weird (like portioning) or gross about my food 4 of those times.

It was 9:15pm when I ordered. They close at 11pm. Food was cold . The bag of chips I got weren’t even half full and hard to chew. Its like they were running out of stuff trying to make it last until closing. So I dont eat here alot and curious if the food is ever hot or is it a cold place. I ate the food but when I woke up I felt sick and threw up most it. Probably won’t go back scared to get sick again.

I visited this location today, and I have to say it was the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I should’ve taken the grimy entrance doors as a warning, because the main dining area was also visibly unclean. It made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and cookware as well.
The employees didn’t seem interested in providing good service, and I felt rushed while they were preparing my food. My food wasn’t great either— the chicken and rice were cold. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Avoid this particular chipolte at all costs. Protein serving is less than half of any other chipolte I’ve ever been to. Explanation for why was hilarious. It was obvious they couldn’t keep up with the orders and were shortchanging everyone as a result. Don’t support this location
Also no garbage can for the outdoor seating despite there being a stand. Left trash on table as a result, they can clean up their own messes.

Gave me about 5 pieces of steak. Pretty sure it was the manager. It was on 12/27 at 4:20 pm. I asked for a little more because it was a small scoop and was told no it would be double, so just stood there and pleaded my case. I’ve been to chipotle 500 times I know what a full scoop of steak is. So I just walked out. Really stingy employee/manager. Worst experience I’ve had at chipotle. Now my girlfriend is mad at me too because I did not get Chipotle lol

My husband and I grabbed a late lunch at 2:20 p.m. and this place was absolutely filthy. We should have left but we were starving. Definitely not up to the health codes. There were about 6-7 workers all standing around doing absolutely nothing. Highly recommend not to eat here. Food and garbage everywhere .

There never seem to be enough staff on hand to handle the flow of customers. Things usually aren’t the cleanest outside of the food-prep areas. The food itself doesn’t tend to have issues though. Pretty consistent in my experience

I think this may be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. The service was fine. The food was barely warm, most of the tables were dirty, there were stools missing seats and a draft coming through the window. I ate my food and got the heck out of there. I will not be visiting this particular Chipotle again and I do not recommend it at all.
