I haven’t been here in decades! Looks great! This DQ offers cooked food, but, ice-cream is, I believe, the “Maine attraction” ! The line was going along the side of the building, so I ordered online for everyone. Downloading the app, registration and order took five minutes. The assembly of the order took minutes. Friendly service. My son had a Kid Cone dipped in chocolate . My friend, she wanted a Hot Fudge Sundae, on a Sunday, and I had a mini Blizzard Chocolate Brownie Extreme. We liked our ice-creams. Picnic tables available. I thought I saw an employee wiping down the tables.
I’m not much on franchise food, but, I recommend a visit.
Update: Sunday, September, 2020; Online order went well. My friend, she order a grilled chicken sandwich and sundae. She liked both. My son had another chocolate dipped cone and I had a pumpkin pie blizzard. Both were good. No bathroom available. You have to use 7/11’s.
Update: July, 2023; Ordered Oreo Brookie and Oreo Blizzards and another dipped ice-cream. All was good. Porta potties available.

Now open for the season. Just about every time we shop at the Kittery Outlet Mall, we stop there to get some ice cream. Located close to the Outlet Mall with easy access to Route 95. My favorite is the Peanut Buster Parfait while my wife generally orders a Blizzard. Service is usually quick, and prices are fair. As of today, mid – April, they are diligently enforcing wearing masks which made you feel comfortable while waiting in line.

I just went to go get an ice cream cake for Father’s day and am very disappointed in my experience. They did have a large selection of cakes which was great. However, when they days they had someone who could write “happy Father’s day” on it, they should have clarified they only had someone who could do a bad job. The writing looks incredibly sloppy and they didn’t ask me what color I wanted it in. They chose red on a blue cake and it’s terrible. Also, they didn’t put the top back on properly so when I was carrying it into my house the lid came off and ruined some of the frosting on the sides. Very disappointed in the quality.

It’s dairy queen.
Doing their best with staffing and food shortages, but, don’t advertise a bright purple dipped cone and then hand me a melty blob that looks like it looked at the dipping once. It sucked. Does the owner take the workers out back and beat them with a blizzard spoon if they double or triple dip?

I’ve only come here twice recently and both times have been negative experiences. The first time, it took the staff forever to even acknowledge my presence at the mobile order pickup counter and my fries were cold. The second time, they got multiple parts of my order wrong and every time I pointed each of them out, the staff gave me more and more attitude…and my fries were once again cold. I give two stars because I generally love Dairy Queen and the atmosphere is cute, but otherwise the food at this location is subpar, the staff is unfriendly, and orders are frequently incorrect.

Came here for dinner while on a family vacation. Amazing food. So fresh. The burger was incredible. Fries were fresh and crispy but not overcooked. Nothing was greasy. Ice cream was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

I’ve been to plenty of Dairy Queens, and I’ve even been to a few Grill and Chills. This one didn’t look like any G & C I’ve seen (no sit-down seating, for example). The food here was good, and the service was ok. It seems to be a busy, popular place. But I don’t recommend going there, because when you leave you have to pull out into a roundabout filled with cars. It was horrible and left a bitter taste in my mouth. Thanks but no thanks.

Our favorite Dairy Queen. The young kids working here do a great job. Remember to tip them! The food and service is always great.
We just wish it was open all year round.

This place went down hill fast. It’s sad when they will turn away a child for an ice cream 35 minutes before there due to close because they have a long line. This would have never happened with the old owners. I’ll take my money to Mrs & Me. I would have considered changing my review, but they did it a second time, so theres no chance.

Been going here for almost 20 years. Recently renovated exterior, and while the line can be long at the times you’d expect, the (mostly) college students who work there consistently earn their tips! They’re upbeat and friendly, and seem to make everything well. The handful of picnic tables by the woods in the rear are a nice touch that save your car interior from dripping ice cream etc.
