No customers when I arrived. My friend and I dined in. This location was clean and quiet. Good service and good food. Needs better prices and needs to offer more for customers. I needed individual napkins and was told they only carried paper towel roll. This location needs to be more professional but other than that overall everything was pretty great

Im reading these reviews and seeing mixed messages all within the same 3 week period. If they are newly opened it doesnt surprise me they are making a couple mistakes, but my experience was on the better side of these comments. I got my food in less than ten minutes, cashier was polite and the food is good. Cant ask for better

The food is good but they are slowwww. Definitely don’t come here if you’re on a lunch break at work. If you do, make sure you order about 20-30 minutes ahead. The wings are great but when I order delivery the fries are usually room temp or cold.

Good food, clean building. But the servers were rude! Made us wait almost an hour for food, (with not even a huge order,and people that came long after us were getting served). Then just checking up, “its been 30 minutes, our order is still in, right”, because we were uunsur. A worker mimmics and mocks my dad. Joking and being rude, mimicking what he said in an annoying tone to his coworkers, and handling our food with NO GLOVES!! If the food didn’t taste good, Id ask for my money back.

Had a sick day so i decided to order dinner because I couldn’t get out of bed. I ordered delivery from the app and never received my food. I tried calling the store and the person delivering my food and didn’t get a response from anyone. Im soooo pissed I spent $30 on food I didn’t receive and can’t get my money back because I have to contact the store. Smfh I will be there 1st thing in the morning. I believe in second chances but this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with them since they’ve opened. My 1st time going i ordered chicken tenders and some were overcooked almost tasted like grissle and some were still raw and I didn’t complain being that they are a new place and things happen and people make mistakes but not this time I feel like I was robbed for $30. Seems petty to say until it happens to you. I’m so over this place now. Famous Wings is much better with food quality and customer service .

Update: it took over a month to receive my refund and that was after I had to make several calls to the Store Manager and District Manager. Needless to say im never going back.

As an RN working a demanding overnight shift at the hospital, time and focus are precious. I called your Waycross, GA location to check on my order, simply requesting that my food be fresh and hot before being sent out the door—a basic expectation for any delivery service.
Instead of receiving professional reassurance, I was met with shocking rudeness and disrespect from the employee who answered the phone. The call abruptly ended with them hanging up on me.
This incident was not only personally embarrassing, but it happened in the presence of my supervisor and other dedicated hospital staff. Upon hearing the extremely rude way I was treated, my entire team immediately decided to cancel our planned group order from your restaurant.
This level of customer service is unacceptable and frankly, disrespectful to those of us working tirelessly, especially during late hours. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue immediately, as it clearly cost your business a significant order tonight and has severely impacted my perception of your brand. This happened on the 20th of November 2025 at 11pm.

It was real good and it did take a min but hey we did get 60 wings and the awesome fries. My grands loved it too they actually wanted to go back the next day. Glad to have good wings in our area now!!

The staff here are extraordinary. I picked up some wings in the afternoon. The next day I realized I had lost my wallet. I called Wingstop and they had found it and had it tucked away in their safe. That’s great customer service in my book. I’m so thankful they found my wallet and turned it in. The Bone-In Buffalo Hot Wings were excellent too.

Please check your food before you leave this location, $20 plus spent on wings and not 1 container of ranch smh…I literally just gave this location 5 stars and gave this same Manager Dusty praises, but today on 9/20/2025? I’m not sure what the issue was and when I called to let the manager Dusty know, all he said was “he’s sorry about that and will make sure they start putting ranch’s in the bag, I sure wouldn’t want to eat dry wings”….like what?!!!! Welp…another restaurant who won’t be getting my money while I’m here. I feel it was purposeful too.

Placed Order Online and asked staff to put sauce on the side. Claimed it was impossible for them to do this. Said we had to pay extra for sauces to be put on the side when the chicken is supposed to come with sauce. Cashier was nice but cooking crew gave us a hard time about the sauce. Won’t be back. Hinesville location performs this action all the time with zero issues. Won’t be back.
