i love me some taco bell but last time i came, they gave me literally no beef in one of my tacos. then today 11/11/2025 there’s this plastic wrap in there. they didn’t even have a line for this to happen, idk how they didn’t catch that after prepping the taco. i won’t give it a 1 star because it’s truly not a bad spot but it is a 3.

I have been to this taco bell few times anytime I’m around that area making a delivery, but today 12/9 I went there and first of all the prices are higher than other taco bells
$1 and change to get chips and cheddar cheese? I get that elsewhere already included in the order ,second of all no sauces for my order 3rd I got cinnamon twist and those were rancid , that’s nasty how you going to sell food thats been sitting there for months , overall very disappointed with their good quality and costumer service

Please help me report this Taco Bell.
Tonight around 9 PM, my mom went to this Taco Bell location while working, and what happened was completely unacceptable.
One of the employees — a tall man with brown skin and a Band-Aid on his face — made fun of her, called her stupid, and made her drive around the drive-through three times for no reason other than to humiliate her. She was alone with my little brother, just trying to get help with an order for work.
She speaks perfect English, and it was clear that he understood her — he just chose to be rude, racist, and disrespectful.
When I tried to call the manager to report what happened, they hung up on me three times and refused to give me the number to file a complaint.

The baja blast freeze here is amazing! I came here today to get my drink since I was in the plaza picking my order at Home Depot. There was only 1 car ahead of me so I didn’t have to wait long. I got a pineapple freeze for my uncles and a baja blast freeze for myself. This location baja blast freeze machine wasn’t broken like other taco bell location so I was happy about that. They have happy hour during 2PM-5pm on my drink but I wanted the large size so I didn’t care.

I can see why this place has bad reviews. We pulled up and place is completely empty. Nobody was around up take our order so after a few minutes we decided to use the automated kiosk system. We placed our order and sat down. Waited about 10 minutes for the food to be prepared. The place has no customers at the moment the drive thru was empty as well. Wonder why the place was running so slow. Did wasn’t that great either, everything tastes very saturated. Not a fan of the food and the service.

Ordered a chalupa cravings deal and the main item in the box had no meat in it! On top of that the chalupa shell was so cold you couldn’t even chew it! Definitely a no go! And don’t go to the Taco Bell on Glenoaks either that one is even worse.

They are so inconsistent with their quality. There food varies from slap dash and no effort whatsoever. I implore people to look for either another Taco bell,1968 Glenoaks Blvd, San Fernando, CA 91340 this one is great, or something else to eat.

This is my goto starbucks nowadays. Most everyone knows me and my wife by name. When we mobile order, they usually remember to add a side of breve. They are a well disciplined team. Maria manages that store and she keeps everything we stocked and trains everyone up. I consider my myself pretty knowledgeable about Starbucks and this one is a cut above others. Fyi This is not a drive-through Starbucks, but I prefer this one over the drive through because it saves me lots of time

Took them 11 minutes to prepare and bag two items from the value menu. Ordered at the kiosk inside at 3:01pm got the bag handed to me at 3:12pm. There was no one in line ahead of me, and only 1 car in the drive through.
The food was standard taco bell food. I got a “spicy potato soft taco” and something with ground beef in it, forgot what they call it. Total was $5, decent value for the money these days.
