The cup sizes for the drinks were much smaller than usual. The passion papaya iced green tea was very watery and lacked flavor. My salad order was incorrect, as I requested a Caesar salad with chicken and no cheese, but it arrived with cheese and without chicken. After returning to the counter, I realized I had been given another customer’s salad, which was disappointing and inconvenient. The sandwich and soup were served fresh and hot, and they tasted delicious. Greater attention to order accuracy and drink quality would improve the overall experience.

Really bad service. I should have not even paid or went there. I could tell they didn’t know what they were doing. I realized after people were waiting a very long time for food. I never got what I ordered nor was there anyone there to help. I would have had to jump over the counter and entered the kitchen to get a refund. I decided to cut my losses and get dunking donuts and leave without getting refund because I wasn’t willing to wait another 30 min for a sausage egg and cheese at a rest stop.

Annoyingly sloppy place. Ordered a garden caprese melt, got a mac and cheese. Ordered a Greek salad with mozzarella, and got no mozzarella. On top of this the so-called Greek salad was uneatable as it was soaked in vinegar. Unfortunately noticed the mistakes only on the motorway. Check what you order, this place clearly doesn’t control what they put in the bag. Such a bad experience that we will think twice before visiting Panera Bread again.

Bread was stale, both baguettes and sandwiches. I have had the Mediterranean veggie sandwich many times over many years and I can honestly say this one was the worst one I’ve ever had. The bread was still, and there was hardly any hummus on it.

They were completely out of chicken. 4/5 of the menu is chicken. I understand things can happen, but then put a sign out that says we are out of chicken, instead of telling each person as they arrive at the register after waiting in line. No soup spoons for the soup and they have us 1 napkin. I like the food at Panera, but the service at this location is .

Everything is always perfect at Panera except for the napkins at this one. It must be the franchise holder who is withholding the napkins. unfortunately, no Panera on that I’m a member of sip club. So I have to order on the app. I Even wrote Panera about it and they didn’t even respond. But the free cinnamon bun they gave me was delicious.

Food was ready fast, but the lettuce and some of the tomatoes in the salad were very very old, and the price was extremely high for what I received. The soup and smoothie were good. For a price of $26 for a pick 2 and a smoothie, I expect perfect quality and freshness. I had to throw half the salad out unfortunately. Panera is very inconsistent location to location.

Panera should definitely drop their name from this place. It hurts them this lack of management at one store. The reviews all point to how rude the employees are. It was towards everybody, like they were requested to treat poorly the customers. Unbelievable !!!
