In my opinion, this is one of the best ramen spots in town, and I think part of that comes down to how I order. I usually get the vegetable ramen with chicken broth and spicy sauce on the side.
I would recommend it if you enjoy spice and don’t mind the tempura vegetables getting a bit soft in the broth.
The broth is rich and full of flavor, and the spicy sauce adds an extra kick that really takes it to the next level. I also really enjoy their tempura vegetables and spicy sushi — both are consistently delicious.

Great Ramen and curry! Ramen is one of our fave meals. Kobashi is an easy stop on the way in or out of town. Good food, fast service, They gave us a pitcher of water which I liked because you can help yourself. It’s good customer service. I hate to keep asking for refills that never come.
We had curry this time. You can customize your curry plate. What a great idea! We had a vegetarian curry – tofu and a braised chicken curry. Plus garlic Ramen. Plus an appetizer of tempura Brussel sprouts.

Came in with 45 minutes to spare until closing. They denied me service ,claiming the kitchen was closed, all while bringing out fresh food to a partythat just sat down and saw another couple that walked in the door. Will be reporting to the BBB to try and file a claim for discrimination!

This is one of the most underrated restaurants I’ve seen in a while. This is probably the best place for ramen and curry in the area without having to go to Chinatown. Truly a hidden gem, the kimchi fried rice is some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had, the ramen as well as the curry was great, this crispy rice with spicy tuna on top was a great alternative to normal sushi I would just recommend not having the jalapeño on top. Really terrific food that has a fair price and a really nice restaurant I don’t want to see ever go.

The classic tonkotsu ramen it has a good taste but is lacking in everything if you go to more humble places the pork the egg the amount of ingredients in the plate is more reasonable but they serve you pork sachu like tree leafs but paying for extra pork is 4 dollar just for 2 extra leafs, it starts with a small half egg only a small half EGG!!! THE PRICE ISN’T WORKING FOR ME!! i cant argue with the taste is good but definitely not wallet friendly if you want a bite but you just receive a taste thats my only bad opinion the fried squid its good a nice price for the quantity and flavor , gyoza not my favorite but my lady was pleased, the seafood tomato ramen is good but its not ramen good quantity and such flavor like spaghetti but good they didnt offer drinks just water in a cup with ice thats it such service god i hope the change get better in the mentioned areas

Came here due to seeing high ratings on Google and was not disappointed.
Attended with a couple friends and ordered food to go for the others back at the hotel. Everyone mentioned loving the food and it really hit the spot after a long night if drinking.
Personally I ordered the popcorn lobster roll and the black garlic Ramen.
I’ve had many different types of sushi rolls and this one roll was by far the best one for an amazing price. The lobster warm and crunchy, sauces were flavorful, and overall a well made roll. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’d have tried other rolls, but my friends didn’t like seafood.
After the roll I was stuffed and only able to have about half of the Ramen but it was delicious. Flavorful, perfectly cooked noodles, nice presentation, and also worth the proce tag. I love garlic so the big chunks satisfied my craving. Added corn and wet seaweed as well, very nice touch for my taste.
Reading the menu is suggested so you have an idea of what you want before arriving. Service was timely. Staff was respectful and attentive.
Overall a clean and appropriate atmosphere with amazing food for a very good price.

Service was good, nice people, atmosphere was quiet, when we went it was not busy. For Food we got the Soft shell crab 2/5 tasted off no real flavor (1crab cut in half.) Takoyaki batter was too plain (watery batter)3/5. Chicken Karaage 4/5 the item we liked best crispy and sauce on the side to dip, the veggies tasted good aswell. Original Ramen, Miso Ramen, Shoyu Ramen 3/5 I personally had the miso mild and the broth hardly any flavor even w the sauce they give to add. No spice at all, my companions had spicy which wasn’t at all either. Spicy tuna roll and Cali roll were as expected from any other good sushi 4/5 pretty safe option here.
Drinks we had were melon and mango soda.
The mango cream soda was chosen from 3 out of 4 of us. I personally liked the melon but as they pointed out I like the melona ice cream and they don’t which it taste alot like.
