Went here for some good childhood reflection. I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in 25-30 years. They had just opened when I pulled in. The manager greeted me and was friendly and beyond helpful. The store was clean and well kept. The pizza was affordable and definitely lived up to my childhood expectations. It was hot and very good. I appreciate the experience and hopefully will get a chance to visit more frequently from now on. Well Done. To that store manager, well done. Thank you.

I got the worst experience ever today. I ordered 5 pizzas today and the pizza toppings were messed. I called to the store about the refund and they talked to us with a very bad attitude. I have attached the photos for the reference. Please do not order ever from this branch. They are giving some non sense excuses.

5 star man this location was so kind and helpful. Not only was the pizza super affordable and delicious (the New Yorker is amazing) but when the doordasher came and ripped me off by pretending not to have change, I called the location and they helped to make it right even though it was completely not their fault and had nothing to do with them. I spoke to Chris and he was so kind and so helpful in helping me in a situation that was not his or their fault at all. Definitely my go to location from now on. Thank you Chris and all the rest of the staff at this location!

Our Big New Yorker. No pepperoni. This is how it was when we opened box. Our second pizza, Buffalo Style chicken. No chicken. When I called to say something was on hold 10+ minutes. Only for somebody to pick up and say please hold

FURIOUS!! 1100 Fulton ave, Sacramento CA location! Absolutely disgusted with what happened to me! I placed an order via DoorDash. A my hut box, once i received it I bit into the boneless wings and the chicken was raw! And I’m pregnant! DoorDash immediately refunded me but when I called the Arden location to let the know, the lady who said she was a manager had zero customer service and said “okay thank you, bye” when i explained to her what was going on. Imagine if I get salmonella and my baby gets it!!??? What standards does this place have. I am so disgusted

Disappointing – Ordered takeout for dinner with friends from abroad wanting to have an American pizza experience. The store seemed pretty clean and the employee that greeted us and took the payment was friendly and professional. We ordered the Ultimate Hut Bundle, which included two pizzas (meat lovers and a pesto margherita, (cheese) sticks, boneless wings. We also got an additional large pizza. Unfortunately, all three pizzas barely had a hint of sauce. They were so dry and the one thin crust pizza even started curling. Luckily the meat helped the meat lovers pizza not be as dry. The cheese sticks were delicious, but didn’t have a taste of garlic. I doubt we’ll order from here again.
