Walked in to pick up an order and the dining area had overflowing trash, spilled stuff on the floor and messy tables when only one was being used. I ordered a burrito that clearly had way less meat than usual even by Chipotle standards. The third bite into it I bit into hair.. I took apart the burrito and it was all over it. It wasn’t just a loose strand (still nasty but I guess it happens) it was several long pieces of hair. Terrible experience

This location is absolutely disgusting. Walked in about 6pm, two tables were taken and every other table in the location was dirty. All of the garbages were overflowing with trash stacked all over including the front counter. We had to ask to have a table cleaned, she proceeded to clean maybe half of the tables and barely wiped anything off. On top of the filth, no employee in that location had a care or concern about the cleanliness and just had an over all bad attitude. Will not return to this location.

It seems as though Chipotle has pulled it out after years of being in a slump. Their order ahead is great for being on the go and popping in to grab dinner for a growing family. I’ve never had any issues with this location. The food is always as I order it and there’s plenty to eat. Even for a big guy like me, I’m usually able to split a bowl into two meals depending on the day. The staff is, in my experience, cordial and attentive.

Went in for early lunch around 11:30. No steak, chicken was burnt ends (looked like yesterday’s reheated). I had a quesadilla. Couldn’t even finish as it was so bad. Taste of char was about all the flavor I got. We used to enjoy coming here, but Cafe Rio has new regulars thanks for the poor quality food here.

My pickup order was 25 minutes late. I went inside to investigate what the issue was. The restaurant was dirty. The line was very long and moving at a snail’s pace. Meanwhile, several employees appeared to be just hanging around, doing very little. I’ve come to this location several times in the past, but will not be returning. Horrible service. The food ended up being cold and the chicken burnt.

It’s honestly sad what’s happened to Chipotle. Used to be the go to spot for me and my wife.
Here’s how our experience went on 1/12/2026. (Monday) @ 10:45 right when they open , we had the idea that since we would be first in the door the ingredients should be nice and fresh… WRONG.
The meat was CLEARY leftover from last nights shift. Dry , Wilted , Discolored , just straight up sad looking. The steak was already over half way gone … how is that possible when we are the first ones in the door?
Anyways , moving forward , I ordered a bowl.
White rice , chicken , steak , fajita veggies (also very sad looking and down to the last bits in the pan) , salsa , sour cream , cheese , guacamole and lettuce.
Wife ordered a bowl , white rice , steak , salsa , sour cream , cheese & guacamole + large side of queso cheese + 1 plain tortilla and a large drink for use to split.
Grand total was $50….
Moving onto the dining , immediately noticed the table wasn’t wiped down , diet cola was watered down.
Really wish Chipotle wasn’t this way now because it really was one of my favorite places to go.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews if I can absolutely help it. But ordering ahead of time via the app for a future pickup and STILL waiting in the pickup lane for 40 minutes past the pickup time is inexcusable. Just four cars ahead of us. We could have made our own in this time from scratch. We finally get to the window and they’d not even made it yet. Meanwhile half a dozen orders sat on a shelf getting cold. It seems to be very poorly organized.

Good food, the service was great from the first server. The next one was abrupt but I figure it was because it was late already. The last gal was quiet but that was ok she seemed new. It was hard to find a clean place to sit. Everyone of the tables were dirty and had food on them.

Always a 10/10 experience. I order a minimum like 3 times a week and each time food is great I also order chipotlelane and my food is always ready and the workers always very nice even gave me some extra chips, that day was long and stressful and that small act made a huge difference. Keep up the awesome work and the window workers especially deserve a raise for their work. Will always be coming back
