We were so pleased that we decided to bring guest back the next day. We especially like the ambiance on Sunday as y after church as we were able to have a nice discussion without talking over loud music.
We had the crabmeat stuffed mushroom appetizer, Pan Asian Scallops, and Chef’s oOcean Elegance and Key Line pie. Coming back often as this will be our regular go to restaurant.
It’s such a crapshoot when you’re traveling to find a really great restaurant. This one checked every box for me. The place was absolutely spotless; that was the first thing I noticed when I sat down at the bar. The door to the kitchen was slightly open, so I could see clearly into the back from my seat. Not only was the restaurant pristine, but also the kitchen.
I ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms, and the CT lobster roll. Both were incredible. Highly recommend!!!!!! The bartender Ronnie, and several servers including Liana, Sandra, and Mishell, were genuinely sweet, attentive, and helpful.
I’m not sure if I’ll ever find my way back to the Fairfax area, but if I do, this will be my first stop! Many thanks for the wonderful meal and the great dining experience.
We ordered the crab soup, fish and chips with cod, seafood pasta, and prosecco. The crab soup had a nice flavor but was a bit too salty for our taste. With a little less salt, it would be fantastic. The fish and chips were really good. The cod was fresh, with no fishy taste at all, and the fries were a perfect match. The seafood pasta didn’t quite hit the mark. It was bland, even after adding some lemon and salt.
When we mentioned the pasta to a male staff member while asking for lemon, he didn’t seem to pay much attention. But our original server noticed right away and spoke to the chef about it. We appreciated that they really listened and cared about our feedback.
Overall, we hope they keep improving the food because the service and atmosphere are already great. We wish them all the best as they grow.
Service: great and fast service. Servers are sweet and they come and check on us a couple times through out dinner. Parking is a large parking lot so can park anytime.
Lobsters roll: yum.
Seafood pasta just okay. Crab cakes: 10/10. love it. Crunchy, lots of crab meat and the sauce and mushroom and peas was a great touch.
Alcohol: Margarita okay, Pineapple drink (forgot the same) tasted just like smoothie, very little alcohol but i like it that way.
The bouillabaisse is a standout; it’s brimming with a generous assortment of fresh seafood rather than just broth. I also tried the lobster and scallops dish, which is impressively hearty—a large portion, perfect for sharing between two people.
The oyster-stuffed mushrooms are a delight, bursting with savory goodness. Lastly, the chocolate desserts are not overly sweet. Overall, this place continues to impress!
