Hungry for Round Table, I bit the bullet and paid $50 for 1 pepperoni pizza. One single topping pizza for $50!
When it was delivered through DoorDash, the pizza arrived cool, which isn’t the biggest deal, but I swear, Round Table Frankensteined a pizza together because, as you can see, a big section of this pizza is missing toppings but somehow has…mushrooms? Also, the pizza had so much sauce it was overwhelming, and I love sauce, so this isn’t a normal complaint. I don’t know what was going on last night, but I feel taken.

Pizza is good, but the layout is strange. A kids’ arcade directly next to a visible bar doesn’t feel family-friendly or well planned. Separating those spaces would improve the atmosphere a lot.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP THEM. 4 people against a hundred pizzas while also counting tickets for the arcade game a line to the door while sally picks out 4 tootsie rolls. Seriously this place is insufferable. Corporate or whoever owns this franchise please, for the love of god HELP your employees!!! Men standing in line asking themselves why they even go there is an awful atmosphere. An hour wait on a pizza that takes 15mins to cook is disrespectful.

Let me start by saying I’ve ordered many pizzas from the Lake Grove Round Table and most, if not all have been good.
This time was however the antithesis of good. It was terrible. I received it (delivered) over an hour after the order but that’s not the major issue. The pizza was undercooked to the point of almost considering the dough raw. I ate one piece then tried to heat/cook it in the oven. I had it in there at 400° for approximately 12 minutes before the dough even resembled cooked. I’m not sure if they went to a different dough recipe but the soggy center, even after I cooked it is unacceptable.
Granted, I haven’t ordered from them in a while so things probably changed but unfortunately for me, not for the better.
No more Raw Round Table for me, I’ll stick to Fultanos, Abby’s or Flying Pie.
If you order there I sincerely hope your experience is better.

So we walked in at 7:20 p.m. with a $60 dollar gift card. 45 minutes later we got our pizza, 15 minutes after that we got mozzarella sticks and 20 minutes after that they gave us the garlic twists. They really unfortunate thing was nobody wants apologized. I think this is their standard. this is the worst round table on the planet!

Not that good of pizza especially for the price. Sauce is super bland, the crust is basically a 12 inch lunchable, not cooked fully. I’ve had better freezer pizzas. Usually pizza smells so good, theirs has no scent… really?? For that price I could get 711 pizza and wings 5x and be way happier. Straight robbery for cold garbage. Don’t expect to get anyone on the line that could help you with a refund as their phone calls go thru a 3rd party call center. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place.

Saturday night, only one other customer, at least 6 people working behind the counter, and I say behind because there were tables needing cleaning ,but no one did so. Well ordered our two salad bars, and a small combo pizza $36, went to bar side to order a pitcher of beer, but all of the taps were warm, so I ordered two cans of beer $16, now we are $52 into a meal out for two, salad was great, beers were cold but very pricey, then the pizza came to the table, every thing was raw except for the cheese being melted, so we took it to the counter, there was NO APOLOGY, just an excuse and said we’ll run it through one more time, we said no we just want our money back for the pizza, ok so they did, end of story right!
No, we preceded to finish our salads and a customer that witnessed this whole thing, came up to us as he was walking out with his to go pizza, and said I just wanted you to know that after you walked back to your table all the employees were laughing and making jokes about the situation. Well that pissed us off and we requested the manager, and they said no manager on site, oh ok so just all you kids here by yourselfs, well I don’t believe that, so I believe the gal that finally came to the counter to pretty much laugh us off was the manager of all these kids working, and instead of setting a good work example to them and apologizing she was very rude and defensive, now on our bad we got upset and said a few curse words, well at that point she threw us out. Point is this is THE WORST ROUND TABLE I’VE EVER BEEN TOO!!
We will never go there again, but I will call during the day and talk to an adult manager or owner and let them know what is taking place there.

Went in on New Year’s eve. They were extremely busy. Crew was working hard but many customers were not considerate, some downright rude. I appreciate that the crew was trying and would hope our neighbors would be kinder next time.

Ordered an hour and a half before pick up time. Arrived 5 minutes before carryout time to find that they havent even started to make it. Why even bother to have a pick up time if you’re going to blatantly ignore it.
No matter what you order and when, it’ll always be at least twenty minutes late.
