The staff here were always very nice and the store is very clean foods great. Only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom rule . Not the workers fault at all. The but before you use the restroom was not something I ever expected to here. I just moved back here. I’m just learning how everything is on lock down. Just know if you want amazing service this is the place. Just be prepared for the service killer. It’s just how I feel about. Other than that have a great day. Dasher Eric.

The employees were super nice! I forgot to mention that I wanted Almond milk, and I asked if it was too late to change it and they went to change it but the drink was already made. I told them they didnt have to remake it but they insisted. They were super friendly and their customer service was amazing.

I am reporting a hygiene issue at this branch. Today at 4:30 PM, I saw the barista pour water over his hand into my cup. While this might have been unintentional, it is a serious mistake that requires more attention. He didn’t offer to fix it until I asked. I hope management ensures better training on health and safety standards.

Every other time i ordered grande ice shaken expresso it came out wrong. It’s off the menu item and nothing special. It comes with 2 pumps of classic syrup. Most of the time i get NO syrup. Then i asked for syrup. She gave me 5 pumps. “Oh i gave you 5 pumps” menu comes with only 2. Now it’s sugar water. So frustrating that 50% of the time order is wrong.

I typically use the drive through at Starbucks as i find the usual noise level in the stores too high such that it interferes with enjoying your item/s. Always fast, friendly, and pleasant, the drive through staff always seem appreciative of the customers coming round.

Don’t order any food past 5:00 PM. I had been to this location quite a few times, ordering both food and drink. I never had an issue with getting baked goods from here until today, when I was served what I am 90% sure was a moldy muffin. It is best to order your food in the morning, when it is guaranteed to be “fresh”. I’m not sure how they handle the food at this location, or how the baked goods are stored, but I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and it came out with a foul smell despite it being warmed. I saw what had looked like to be mold, but I took a bite out of it regardless (which was idiotic on my part) and after consuming part of it I immediately felt sick to my stomach, so logically I stopped eating

Anyways the drinks and service are pretty good, I would just be wary of the food

Yvette helped my with my hot chocolate today I was super confused on what I wanted to do. I felt like I was being difficult but she was super kind and helpful. Didn’t make me feel bad at all. At first I tried to order oat milk apple crisp shaken espresso.
However, they were out of oat milk so I ordered iced vanilla latte instead.
And I received hot vanilla latte which is not what I ordered.
So I told barista that I ordered “iced”. She said ‘she can make it iced’ and put hot latte in ice and add some syrup instead of making different one. It tasted super watery and does not taste like coffee at all. I had to trash the whole coffee. It was horrible experience I would never going back there again.

I ordered a Caramel Ice Frappuccino and waited for almost 20 minutes without receiving it. When I asked the staff about the delay, they responded rudely and told me, “We’ll just refund you—your order isn’t on the list.” However, I noticed that my drink was actually ready and they were about to give it to someone in the drive-thru by mistake. I had to point this out myself. This kind of disorganization and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Starbucks. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location. I truly hope Starbucks starts hiring staff who are more respectful and competent.
