Great atmosphere, albeit slightly too dimly lit, and friendly staff made for a great experience. The chairs are very comfortable too.
The food was excellent in terms of quality and freshness, and it was unique that the curries were a dry curry style rather than the more coconut milk based soupy style Thai curry. Would definitely recommend the duck red curry, and am keen to check out more of their menu next time I return!

Really nice Thai restaurant on Sydney road with some great food!
The dumplings, spring rolls, papaya salad, red duck curry and prawn pad Thai were all delicious. The best part was the Pistachio dessert that wasn’t really a Thai delicacy but was delicious.
The girl serving was probably new and was not aware of items not available while ordering and updated us later and also didn’t suggest us to order more as the quantity we ordered was not enough for the number of us ordering at the table. When we asked for more later, the kitchen was already shut at 8:30pm. So if you are visiting the restaurant on a weekday, please be aware that their kitchen closes very early.

The food was amazing! No problem there. Some of the best Thai I’ve had (though the scallops were a tad overcooked & chewy). The service was a problem, though. We arrived at 7.30pm, our booked time, and were quickly given menus. It was really hard to get someone’s attention to take our order, though. Took ages. There only seemed to be 2 people serving a full restaurant. Eventually, we got someone to take our order.
Whilst we were still eating mains, the waitress asked if we wanted dessert. There seemed to be some urgency. We were then hassled a dozen times in quick succession, and they ushered us out by 9pm. This spoilt our enjoyment somewhat.

We had a party of 6 and the whole courtyard to ourselves. They even have a resident cat the food was delicious, a few of us had the 5 course for 50. We started with the salmon, the pork ribs, bao duck bun, pumpkin curry & panang curry, with the Buratta for desert. While it was more Thai Fusion, it was delicious! Highly recommend.

Rin sura, was a really nice Thai dinner!
Went earlyish on a Thursday and it didn’t have too much atmosphere but they made up for it with the food.
The beef cheek massaman and pad Thai were both really good, although pad Thai on the smaller side.

Fancy looking restaurant. Staff are nice. Tried their lychee mocktail and it was nice. Tried their soft shell crab salad, lamb shank curry, and a duck noodle on special. The salad’s portion was rather small. Their lamb shank curry has beautiful spicy sauce! Unfortunately the duck dish was so boring. It would have been better if there is a lot more sauce and maybe thicker sauce instead of runny? All the flavour was in the sauce, the duck itself was pretty bland. Overall for not cheap dishes, only 1 that was pretty good, so not sure if I will come back.

We did the Rin Sura Tour. For only 50 pp, we left very full and satisfied. Loved all the dishes, especially the pork ribs. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Fantastic dining experience at Rinsura. Best Thai food we’ve had in a long time! Delicious cocktails, highly recommend the Lady Boy. Also loved the King Fish ceviche and the traditional Pad Thai. Service was amazing too. Will definitely return!

One of the most delicious Thai restaurants in Melbourne. Located in Brunswick they have the best service and a great range of dishes. You can’t go wrong with anything you order here- the scallops were my favourite dish, they do a delicious cocktail and the burrata is a must order

What a disappointment. Previously dined here many times but this time is the last. Service was terrible. Food was even worse. We ordered a pad Thai. Came out luke warm. The owner came to tend to it and even stuck her finger in it. Then was brought back saying it was re-made when clearly it was brought back reheated. It was bland and no flavour to the dishes that we ordered. Trying too hard so be innovative with modern food concept. Unfortunately we will not be recommending nor dining here again.
