Worst service n bed quality food’ now I know y they r only 2 star’ they should be ZERO STAR, this indain guy have attidue, don’t want to take coupon not a paper n not digital,I was like y, he say we don’t take coupen, check out that pixs, wat I got for 13.57, end he dont want to give me reciept, because I told him ,I’m going to call copparate. He say our system down only cash. My Sándwich prices was 10.19 ,but he charge me 11.99 . When I ask him y, he started argue, I was like ,pls don’t go that location they should be close down , if they cnt serve n take care customer.

The subway branch has very bad customer service. They’re not accommodative the manager there the lady is very rude. She has no work as sick and doesn’t know how to respond to customers. She lacks hospitality skills and sends away customers when they have a problem I try to get a sandwich however I told her her attitude was very, very cold because she kept rolling her eyes every time she had to ask me what else I wanted on my sandwich and yet it’s a whole process building a sandwich. I was still making up my mind, and I told her because she was talking to me and her that tone she would have to change it and then she kept arguing with me and told me that there’s nothing wrong with her attitude however I told her that I’m letting her know that I’m the one receiving the service so I’m telling her what it feels like for me and she told me because I kept telling her that her attitude stinks. She wouldn’t make my sandwich and I told her I am going to let copper know and I’m still really going to report her so they get her either fired or replace the entire staffing there

Went in with coupons I received in the mail. I was told they did not take coupons. I would have to pay full price or go to another location. The owner argued with me and told me he had to survive too! He hand me genetic napkins and bag. I will be speaking with subway corporate tomorrow!

I used the Subway app to redeem the promotion for the 4th Footlong for free because I ordered 3 Footlong just 3 days back from the same store. The app accepted the offer for that store. Just 15 mins before pickup, a lady from the store called and said that they cancelled the order because they didn’t honor the promotion! When I tried to reorder from a different store, the promotion was no longer available for me.

Went here to get subway for the family while doing some shopping. I’ve been to many different Subways and they all accepted my special request of getting just a toasted white bread footlong for my little one. However, I went here as normal and asked for it, but not only did the worker refuse my request, she did it in a really mean way. Straight up yelling at my face she can’t and won’t do it. A simple no would of sufficed. I took my other subs and left right after. Never coming back to this subway; I’m not putting up with that blatant disrespect.

Clean. In the Walmart plaza. Located at the end of the plaza. Dine in or take out. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. Plenty of parking however at times this plaza can be congested

Service is terrible stop giving these people your money i paid 6 dollars for my six inch gave no tip because of the way they treated my associate when they asked for napkins i came back and they charged me 8 dollars for the exact same sandwich i should really get the cashier fired but it’s ok what goes around comes around get a new staff subway. The light skin boy in the back in yalls best employee and needs to be the manager very respectful and helpful.

I’m leaving NO STARS!!!!…I go to this location QUITE OFTEN!!, the owner is sweet and always makes the sandwiches the way we like them..oh I use coupons on selected subs I get it I can’t get a premium sub for 6.50..anyway today I go in with my coupon explain that A. I have a coupon & 2. I know there are certain subs that I can get with it I’m then asked if used the coupon before, I said no I get them in the mail all the time…then the other employee rings it up(no sandwich made yet) and asks me to pay!!! I said WHAT?…NO YOU ARE NOT GOING TO THIS TO ME AND NOT TODAY!! The 1st lady proceeds to make my food using little to no veggies, a gentleman comes in line and they gladly started his order not asking him to pay 1st so I ask Aren’t you gonna ask him to pay before you make his sandwich the lady looked dumbfounded. I swear the owner WILL know how I was disrespected I have NEVER had to pay for a subway sandwich before it was made-NEVER WILL I!!!
