The food was hot and that was about it. I spent my hard earned money to be disappointed . Next time, I will read reviews before ordering. There was no seasoning on the food, the corn was sour. And there is brown residue at the bottom of the plate. No sure what that’s all about but … I won’t be back!!

If you want rice that taste like it’s charred and cooked on a burned skillet then this place is for you. We also ordered sesame chicken and chow mein and found the chow mein was not very tasty. The sesame chicken wasn’t terrible but oily. But the rice by far was the worst disappointment. The sad part is we ordered three different kinds of fried rice and they all tasted charred. We definitely won’t be returning.

I asked for spicy rice & I got regular Mexican looking rice with no flavor at all. No soy sauce or at least some hot oil since my rice was not spicy & had no flavor. My first time eating there. Will I eat there again? Probably not. I called to let them know. Guy seemed kind & said take it back to correct it but no one has time for that. I let him know so hopefully won’t happen to anyone else.

I have been ordering from Skillman Wok in Arlington for 20 years and it’s always been my got to. My recent order was very disappointing. The egg rolls are smaller and taste was off for my General Tao and fried rice. $40 for our meal and it feels like a waste. Sad to say it’s time to find a new Chinese restaurant.

I think I have to stick with just the spare ribs and spring rolls. I’ve ordered a few dishes and each time I’ve felt like I wasted my money and today was it!! I’ve never seen or had white (clear) sauce with a shrimp and broccoli dish. And whatever sauce it was had a gel like consistency like it hadn’t been cooked all the way. I ate one broccoli stalk and a few shrimp and decided I couldn’t finish it (waste of $10). So again if I do order here again I’ll just stick to the spare ribs.

The prices are great, the portions are good. But waiting 1hr and 30 minutes for only 4 pieces of shrimp, huge pieces of bell pepper and onion and a sauce that’s 1/2 oil. I say I pass! It’s just not worth it.

The fried rice is absolutely some of the best I’ve had in a long time and would highly recommend it even if you’re not in the area. I live about 40 minutes away from this establishment and I would drive to buy some fried rice. You can only order since there’s no seating available. They don’t have any real A/C so it’s hot inside so be prepared. Everything is open so you can see them making your food. The prices are cheap for lunch and they give huge portions so you definitely get your monies worth. The egg rolls are excellent as well and they cost a dollar each so buy a lot of them. Enjoy my foodie connoisseurs.
