pretty solid experience i’d say. the fries were incredible, and they dropped a bunch in the bag like they’re known for. the actual patties on the burgers themselves are not all too flavorful, but all the toppings on the burgers make up for it; the lettuce and onions were fresh, the bacon was crisp, and the barbecue sauce was pretty good. the milkshakes are pretty standard for your average burger place. a star was docked from the food score because of the bland patties. the service was excellent, and the people here are very friendly and attentive, which is very nice to see at a fast food place, although the patties did take a pretty long time to cook, which docks it a star. however, this is very close to opening, so i’m sure that as the employees get more familiar with the processes of the job it will speed up, so i’m positive that this will not be an issue for much longer. the atmosphere is pretty good, but it’s a fast food joint, so take that how you will. overall, it’s pretty solid with a few kinks to iron out. i particularly love how everything you get here is as fresh as it can get—the patty came straight from the grill onto the bun and into the bag. so, for anyone coming to try it, it’s very premium as far as fast food goes, but it’s still just fast food. if i could rate 4 and a half stars, i would. i just don’t think it’s earned itself a 5 star yet.

Food always good, the service is what’s not normal. Best service I’ve ever received in a five guys establishment. Everyone was super friendly and very attentive. 10 stars if I could. Whoever runs this location needs to be the standard five guys looks for across all establishments.

This location is severely understaffed. If Five Guys plans to continue charging high prices, then it can afford to hire another staff member so that the existing team isn’t overworked during lunch rush.

Picked up food tonight. Crew was hanging out in the slow evening time, and the restaurant was ***spotless***. They got the fresh fries going and got me my food quickly. They seemed fun and professional, and the restaurant was really well-kept. Well done, crew!

Never again! Unless you would like to get diabetes. Whoa!! The milkshake was over the top sweet and the fries were horribly greasy. I only went here because chick fil a is closed on Sundays. Smh what a mistake!! Wish I could get my money back. I’m literally adding milk to see if it would cut the sweetness don’t waste your time or money. Plus, the fries are also salty and over priced!! NO NO NO run away!!

Fantastic food. I usually get a burger with everything on it and it comes out delicious. The people behind the counter are friendly but could stand to be more attentive of customers. No reason to be the only person waiting at the counter waiting for a conversation to finish. Atmosphere is as basic you can get but unfortunately I never see anyone out in the dining area so it gets a little dirty.

I took my dad here last night and he Loved it. They really hooked up his burger with mushrooms onions and bacon. Of course the fries were fresh abundant and on point. Everyone working was very kind and friendly. I love how consistent Five Guys is all over the country. This location is an excellent one, can’t wait to bring my dad back to this one again soon. Idk why this place has any bad reviews, I’ve ordered from here multiple times and my burger is always so fresh and delicious! They make the fries right when you’re picking up the order so they’re always fresh too and the milkshakes are delicious. The customer service is great, they’re always so nice and accommodating. Love the local five guys!

I’ve been to other five guys before and I’ve never had a problem, but this time my fries were extremely salty. It was so oversalted you could see the salt sticking together. I decided to throw most of them away because I couldn’t eat it. I’m disappointed with this location.

Burger was perfection. It was a little crispy and well done. Toppings were ample. The fries were a little under cooked but still edible. The shake, peanut butter cup, was very good. The staff worked very well together. We will be back.
