Went through the drive thru and ordered one simple item. Was told to park behind the building to wait. Almost an empty parking lot and had to wait forever. I assume it was about 45 minutes. Having customers park in the dark ally like space behind the building seems sketchy. I also wouldn’t want my teenage employees to be meeting customers behind the building. Not the best management decision. Definitely need to find a better and safer system like assigning a few spaces on the front of the building for pickups.
And…I drive off and my order is wrong.

Window order… “pull around and we will bring it out”… gave my order to someone else… had to get order remade after going inside to check on order… get home and burger is plain and dry…. Ordered with everything…. Always something with this location.

Came with family food was was good. When we got our ice creams I ordered a banana split the banana was black all the way down the middle. The ends of it were black and mooshy. People need to have enough common sense when making people’s food you can tell they just don’t care about there job or customers

So you order in the drive thru, they make you drive around to the parking-lot and wait 12 minutes for your food. I asked why and he said we are on a timer, “im the only one in line” but I need you to move to tye parking-lot. Very disrespectful. Its 1pm on Saturday and the wait for steak fingers is ridiculous. Bless yall for cold food!

They had no buns, no chicken and no cheese.
The food took 20 mins to get cold and old. The cashier hung out, out back to smoke right by where they parked us to wait for our food.

Came in for dinner tonight after 5pm, the manager with curly hair was very rude to her employees! I pulled an employee to the side and asked for her name and they said they would but they the GM will lie for her and get her out of trouble. The fact this isn’t my first encounter with this rude manager, I will be calling corporate over the situation. The title is definitely in her head and to mistreat employees is flat out wrong!

Absolutely Worst Customer Service Experience
We placed a large order through the drive-thru and were told to park on the side, which we did without issue. A few minutes later, an employee—who claimed to be a “long-time worker”—brought us a small bag with just a burger and chicken fried steak. We immediately told her it wasn’t our order, but she rudely walked away without saying a word.
My husband went inside to speak
to the manager, and sadly, it only got worse. The manager was dismissive, didn’t show any concern, and basically brushed us off, telling us to “call the general manager” if we had a problem. Another employee inside even admitted that “Karen” (the rude staff member) was known for her attitude, yet nothing was done.
To top it off, it felt like the manager and Karen had some sort of personal relationship, which might explain why she didn’t care about how poorly we were treated. We left feeling completely disrespected and unheard.
This location clearly has no regard for customer service, accountability, or basic courtesy.

The food is very very good but when they pull you around cause they’re waiting on your food while in the meantime you can see inside that they are laughing, cracking jokes making Tik Tok vídeos (it’s fine have fun) but when it comes to time to work set aside the fun and get to work. This is the 2nd time they’ve “lost” my order 1st time I waited 1 hour this time around I waited 20 minutes.
