Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience.
I called this Domino’s location near Euclid in Anaheim to place an order. I politely said I wanted to place a new order and asked about the manager’s special. The employee on the phone acted confused, mocked my wording, and hung up on me.
English is not my first language, but I was very clear about wanting to order two pizzas. Instead of helping, the employee laughed, spoke rudely, and kept hanging up. After that, when I called back multiple times, he would answer the phone and then stay silent while I could hear background noise.
This felt extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. No customer should be treated badly or humiliated because of an accent or language difference. I was calm at first and only wanted to place an order.
Very disappointing behavior from a major brand. This store seriously needs better customer service training and basic respect for customers.

Do not go to this pizza location. By far the absolute worst experience you will have. The service is slow and rude. Acting as if you are doingthem a favor coming to get pizza. Horrible customer service.

It’s my first time ordering from this Domino’s location and my last. I ordered a pizza here on 08/29/05 at 1:50pm. I ordered about 10 mins head of time and when I arrived my pizza was not even prepared. It was only two guys working at the time and they were not wearing named badges so I didn’t get their names both of them wore glasses. I wait inside the establishment for another 20 mins. When my pizza was ready it looked terrible the crust was over baked and no extra cheese on it like I have ordered it. I was about refuse to pay for it because it look terrible. I am Domino’s reward member, I ordered Domino’s all the time from other locations. This pizza didn’t not have extra cheese at all and it was over baked. I took a bite of one slice and it tasted terrible. I wll add photo of the pizza to this review. This was not a typical Domino’s pizza I am use to eating at other Domino’s locations and they do a way better job. This location drop ball on timely speed of service , quality preparation and taste.

I ordered a Pizza from Domino’s on 1235 Euclid street. The employer Jacob was very courteous and helpful in getting me. My Pizza that I needed has great customer service skills and if he hasn’t had a raise recently i think he deserves one.

Pizza was bland. Barely had sauce, crust was dry and flavorless even though I requested Parmesan garlic, whoever made it did a lazy rushed job. Used a coupon but after taxes and fees it was almost double to cost of the pizza. Won’t order again.

⚠️ Warning to anyone considering this Domino’s location does not deliver the quality or honesty you’d expect.
The $10.99 “Build Ur own ” 4get about getting that deal when U add double toppings the pizza comes out lighter and skimpier than a regular $8 pizza without any exaggeration.
It’s basically just baked bread.
If I wanted that, I’d go 2 a bakery.
When I raised the issue, an employee brushed me off and told me
“U wouldn’t have this issue if U just paid regular price.” On top of that they’ve complained about me that I only order deals which is unprofessional and insulting.
These promotions come directly 4rm Domino’s corporate,so the fact that employees insult customers 4 using them shows this problem comes directly w/ 4rm the owner that gives the orders or do the employees believe they R the owner’s. ♀️
Those deals R advertised by Domino’s itself, so no customer should B guilt tripped 4 using them.(PERIOD)
What’s worse is that corporate/owner doesn’t seem 2 B paying attention or even slightly care if suckers keep buying that’s all that matters. ♀️
What shocks me is that corporate hasn’t sent a secret shopper 2 experience this mess 4 themselves. With all the competition in the area it’s beyond stupidity 4 the owner 2 let this slide. At this point I’ve lost trust in the brand.

Domino’s should not allow stores like this one 2 operate and tarnish their reputation.

I am at the store today at 11:25 am this guy its yelling because I ask on the app when I place my order to drop to my car .
When its out said its a stupid thing u ask for food and waiting outside I am really hungry so I open my pizza and I am star eating in front the restaurant its back to me yelling I need to leave because they need the parking spot for the driver .
I said call the owner its back 2 times when I made my review its deleted but if the owner check the camaras see this guy actitud its rude telling me stupid. It’s racist.
