My husband I visited recently and the food was very good. We started with the tostadas which were really fresh and crunchy. My husband had a burger that was really flavorful and smelled like it was fresh off a charcoal grill. I had the flatbread which was also really good. The cheesecake flavors rotate frequently. We had the pumpkin and it was great. Our server was friendly and attentive. The place is cute and we enjoyed our visit. I will say the restaurant can get very noisy so it can be hard to hear others at your table. But other than that we enjoyed our visit and plan to be back.

Lovely new restaurant in Cicero. It’s an older building with modern decor with the added touch of bare brick walls. This place has loads of charm. Everyone we talked to was super friendly. Our server, who happened to be the bartender was great with suggestions. My wife got a beer and I got the maple and smoke infused old fashioned. Our meals were delicious. I can’t wait to get back up here

We recently visited The Red Bridge Bistro, which just opened, and overall had a great experience with a few small areas for improvement.

The wait list was surprisingly short for a new place, which was a nice start. The building itself is beautiful, but the high ceilings make it a bit loud, with sound bouncing around the space. At the bar, the TV was tuned to a show instead of sports — not a big deal, but sports tend to be the norm in most bar settings and might better fit the atmosphere.

Service started off well. We got our drinks quickly, and for an appetizer, we ordered the fried deviled eggs. They looked fantastic but unfortunately lacked much flavor. For entrées, my husband ordered the tenderloin with a potato medley, and I got the West Coast Burger with chips. My burger was excellent — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The chips were crispy, seasoned, and delicious. My husband enjoyed his potato medley but felt the tenderloin and bun were a bit bland.

Our server seemed to be new and was friendly, but the timing between check-ins could have been better, and we weren’t asked if we wanted dessert.

Overall, The Red Bridge Bistro has a lot of potential and some great menu items. Despite a few minor misses, we enjoyed our visit and definitely plan to return.

Great addition to town! The food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the attention to detail really shows. Huge shoutout to Zac, the bar manager! Hands down the best around. His drinks are always amazing and he makes the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping in!

I had the opportunity to dine at Red Bridge Bistro, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The pot roast sliders were tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The potato medley was prepared with great attention to seasoning and texture, while the wings were crisp, well-seasoned, and thoroughly enjoyable. Beyond the excellent food, the service was impeccable—prompt, attentive, and welcoming without ever feeling rushed.
Red Bridge Bistro is a wonderful addition to the dining scene, and I look forward to returning soon.

My husband and I went tonight for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The smoked old fashioned was very good, had a few sips before we remembered to take a pic. Then I got buffalo wings and the potato medley: regular fries, sweet potato fries, waffle fries, and tater tots. Something new and fun I hadn’t heard of before. My husband had the shrimp scampi and that was delicious. Not pictured is the bread pudding that was so good we dove right into it and forgot to take a pic. Would recommend!

Amazing addition to Cicero! The food was phenomenal and the service is great. The patio seating is quite charming, especially as/once the sun goes down. The fish and chips is excellent (the “chips” are a potato medley of fries, waffle fries, tater tots, and sweet potato fries). The bread pudding is divine! The fried devilled eggs were unique and lovely. My wife had the pot roast sliders (w/ an amazing au jus) and they were superb! We’ll definitely be back.

Red Bridge Bistro is a welcome addition to the Cicero restaurant scene! The renovations are truly impressive. They’ve done a fantastic job transforming the space, with exposed brick walls and a really cool mural of Cicero’s old red bridge that gives the place its name. The atmosphere is great, and our server was friendly and attentive.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to the cool vibe. I ordered the pot roast sliders, and the meat was a bit dry and lacked flavor. The homemade chips that came with it were bland and tasted a little stale. My husband had the tenderloin and was also disappointed, he didn’t care for the flavor.
We really love the atmosphere and hope they can work out the kinks in the kitchen. We’ll definitely give them another try in a few months to see if the food has improved, because the space itself is wonderful.

First time trying Red Bridge Bistro and overall it was okay. Atmosphere was good, tastefully decorated and classy. We were seated in the bar area on a Saturday night and it was a little noisy at times with the college football games going on. Service was good overall. I had a hard time finding an entree on the menu that really excited me. I settled on the artichoke flatbread. It was good, but not very flavorful. Wife had the buffalo chicken grilled cheese and it too was not very flavorful. Daughter had the burger and it looked cooked to order. All-in-all it was slightly above average.

Cicero has another amazing restaurant! The Red Bridge Bistro….is wonderful! We went there for lunch this weekend. Very wheelchair friendly. The decor had a cabin wood industrial feel to it. We tried the deep fried deviled eggs and sweet-spicy bbq chicken wings. We all LOVED the wings….the eggs were okay. The texture was a bit different. But we can say we tried it at least. I got the fried baloney sandwich (mortadella) with spicy, maple Dijon…it was awesome! My husband got the Buffalo grilled cheese with creamy mac n cheese….he enjoyed it. Our SIL got the fried egg breakfast burger….he loved it. Our daughter got the spinach artichoke flatbread, which she liked but the crust was literally a cracker-like consistency. Not quite what she was expecting. So many items we would like to try on this creative menu, and our server (Zac) was the best! We will definitely return!
So try this new local restaurant …you won’t be disappointed!
