I always mobile order around busy times and they always have my drinks and food ready no matter how early or late I put in my model order, when I show up to pick up at the window they always always have it ready and I don’t ever have to wait, very friendly cashiers and fast drive thru, even when the line is wrapped around the building The line is still moving at a reasonable speed

I had a very unpleasant experience in the drive-thru. The individual taking my order interrupted me, and when I asked to please be allowed to finish, she doubled down, culminating in a dramatic sigh in lieu of an apology. In 30-plus years in direct sales, the very first step I learned was not to interrupt the client, which, along with being rude, basically indicates that you’re not listening; if you’re talking while the customer is talking, then one of you isn’t. In any case, I would expect that a minimum expectation of the baristas is not to be rude, but I guess I assumed wrongly.

There’s a drive thru and a bathroom. Staff were friendly and smiley. The store is clean and big. There’s bunch of promotional items available including clearance section. Drinks of course are good. There’s an outdoor sitting. My photo have the drink menu + pastries, nuts, gift cards, coffee beans, chocolate, gum etc.

This is one of the best Starbucks’s I’ve ever been to they are always nice no matter what persons working usually you get one set of people that’s great and then the next time you come in later time of the day it’s a totally different group and they are very rude not this place,they always make my drink perfect the first time I really really really really really really like the Starbucks and I highly recommend

CURRENT:
The new remodel is great and a lot more well-lit than the previous. I don’t go to this location often unless it’s to study or to help someone get caught up on their work, but the manager is on point! Service has been improving and I like the new feature of getting a porcelain cup if you’re staying in the café.
This location has better access to chargers, is more convenient to sit and study at, and has a more open atmosphere. I love the one up near the BECU across from the McDonald’s but it’s admittedly cramped and this one is not.
PREVIOUSLY
Unfortunately, the employees were uh… having a hiccup that night that I went. My order got royally messed up, but the manager was quick to fix it. Unfortunately, because there was so many mistakes, I forgot to ask for them to not put dairy in my drink and sub it, resulting in an allergic break-out. Definitely needs employees to slow down a little, be a little more attentive on the listening portion and a little less on the assumption bit. Hahaha, otherwise they would have noticed I was asking for completely different things. I’m sure management will get it sorted out, but I’ll be back. It’s worth another try at another point and I want to give them the opportunity to show me their service skills again. I’m sure they’ll do great.
TLDR: Employees need to be a little more keen to listen what’s being ordered. Management on duty is quick to resolve and kind. Location is clean, well-lit, and comfortable for studying and whatnot.

Josh and Katie might be the dream team at the drive thru. Seriously. I pulled up, was just having a long day already and I get the nicest guy asking for my order. But not only does he ask, he asks HOW my day is and then gives me his name!!! It was so nice – like a breath of fresh air. Not some monotone voice on the other end of the speaker. Then, I pull up to the window, last minute change my order and of course Katie says they can make it happen. But then she asks how my day is, what I am up to – seriously. These might be the coolest starbucks employees ever. Whoever decided to hire them knew what they were doing! I am so blown away by how kind and personable they both were. They both deserve a raise. Absolutely awesome customer service. Thanks Josh & Katie! You rock!!!
