Had the lunch buffet today. While I was getting pizza the server was combining pizzas to make room for new ones she used her hand to grab the slices. I said something and they acted like it was no big deal.

This is the second time this pizza hut location has not given us our sauces with our to go orders. It wouldn’t be a big deal if they were free, but they charge 0.75 cents per sauce packet! And when you order 4-5 sauces per order it adds up! We will not be placing orders with McAlester pizza hut anymore. And the food we did get is extremely messy and thrown around and just dirty looking. Ridiculous. You’d think for the Ridiculous prices at this establishment that at least the order would be correct and presentable. Do better pizza hut.

Ordered a my hut box with a personal pan pizza with spicy marinara and paid extra for basil pesto drizzle. We get home and not only is there no pesto drizzle but no sauce ither! We call the store to let them know and of course first thing said is it says no sauce when the ticket clearly reads no classic sauce spicy marinara! They are agreeing to fix it and deliver it and we will be back but they need to learn to slow down and read the tickets especially when they had a whole crew and were dead!

We went there after an appointment and we’re ignored from the start…we should have left then, but my grandson was hungry. We seated ourselves and were told we had close to 25 more minutes before the pizza was ready so we asked if we could go ahead and get our salad from the salad bar and the waitress just walked away…so we made our salads! There was no meats/tomatoes/vegetables and there were packets of ketchup and packages of salad dressing…? The tables were dirty and it was opening time…? Just not a good atmosphere.

Sat in the drive-through for a while before anyone came to the window. A lady was standing IN the back door smoking a cigarette when I pulled up. ZERO customers in the building.
My kid’s and I love Pizza Hut pizza over any pizza in McAlester. Until now. This pizza was terrible. The meat was hard, stale and tasted nasty. Nothing fresh about any of our food.
