We went for my birthday and had a great time. The atmosphere is fun and energetic. You pick your food and cook it at your table either in a pot or on the grill. We did both and the food was delicious! I even got a piece if cheesecake on the house and they sang to me. Such a fun way to celebrate an occasion or hang with friends! We will definitely be back.

I had a good time here. The food and service were both great. If you are wondering about cooking your own food I’m not sure why you would choose Korean BBQ but don’t worry they have a guide to help people like you!
Personally I enjoyed the Korean BBQ more than the hot pot and would only get that if I were to go back. Both Rib items on the menu are a must try!!! They were the most flavorful meats I had.
This is a great place for a night now or celebration.

Kpot is a hot pot/Korean BBQ restaurant. You can choose to do both for a $5 upcharge per person (as of the time of this writing). You have a 2 hour time limit (timer on a tablet so you can keep track), and a $13.99/pound upcharge for excess food waste.
Our server was very nice and explained how everything worked (we have been to hot pot restaurants before but it was great to hear this restaurant’s process), so if this is your first time, never fear. Drinks and hot pot base are ordered with your server and then all additional items are ordered via a tablet at your table. We did have about a 30 min wait to get seated (mid afternoon on a Saturday), so it was busy. But it still took 61 minutes for us to get all of our ordered hot pot ingredients. We would have been done eating in 45 minutes (just 2 of us in our party) but our meal was stretched out much longer because of this, unfortunately. Our server was very sweet and checked 2 times on our items (veggies and noodles) to no avail. After the third time, the server brought us some of our requested items…..and others we didn’t, and it appeared to be from another table’s ticket (table’s have big letters and numbers to identify them).
Pros: Lots of sauce choices, delicious hot pot base, great decor to restaurant
Cons: Ingredients come when the kitchen releases them, not when you want them, limited variety of items, and long wait for table and food.
To be fair, we have other hot pot restaurant experiences to compare this one to, and Kpot was not our favorite one. Though we won’t be returning, I think it is a great first restaurant hot pot experience for others.

We had a great experience and our server Abi was excellent. She’s got a lovely personality and was attentive though they were busy (it was President’s day), without hovering. Hot Pot was our table’s choice and everything was delicious. We had a friend with us who showed us the ropes because it can be very overwhelming if you don’t know what to do. Two things keep this from being a five star experience for me: 1) we arrived for lunch ($20/person) but on holidays the restaurant charges dinner prices ($30/person) regardless of the time. The full dinner menu is available so that might be of interest to some but I’d prefer to have known this policy ahead of time. 2) (this is subjective) as an all-you-can-eat experience, you can order many items at a time and eat what you want and discard what you don’t like/want. The resulting food waste is enormous and makes me very sad. We did our best to eat everything we ordered but it’s very easy to over-order and waste a ton of food. Something to consider with this style of dining.

What a great dining experience!! Great service (shoutout to our wonderful server Miyah), great selection of meats, sides and sauces in a restaurant with a cool ambiance.
My boyfriend and I got the KBBQ and Hotpot just to try them both out. It’s only a $5 add on to do both so we thought it was a pretty good deal. We both ended up enjoying the hot pot the most out of the two because you didnt have to really worry much about burning the food. Also each person got their own hot pot. The prime short rib that was in the KBBQ was INCREDIBLE.
Service was fast and efficient. Miyah was on top of it, checking in on us, replacing our KBBQ grate and explaining the whole process to us.
Overall would recommend coming to KPot for a unique dining experience.

From the moment we sat down until the second we left, we had a wonderful, amazing experience. There was a line out of the door but we were seated fairly quickly, and the staff were all attentive, kind, and helpful. Our server, Sasha (谢谢 to you Sasha!!! We loved you!) was so sweet and treated us like friends. It has been a long time since my boyfriend and I had such a great time when going out to eat. The interior of the building was also beautiful! The bathrooms were tidy and clean! The food was high-quality, fresh, well-seasoned, and tasty. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN! This place felt safe and cozy, and I highly recommend it. The fried rice was great! We loved the meat, with the Kpot pork belly being a superstar. The mushroom soup base and Szechuan soup base were flavorful! Thank you guys for taking care of us!

This is hands down the BEST restaurant in Springfield, no competition.
The sauce bar has an incredible variety of choices, and the hot pot broths are absolutely delicious—perfect for anyone who loves Asian food.
I highly recommend two of their broths in particular: Szechuan Spicy and Korean Seafood Tofu. The Szechuan Spicy has that authentic, numbing heat you crave, and the Korean Seafood Tofu is rich, savory, and packed with fresh seafood flavor. Both are absolute must-tries.My friends and I come here all the time, and we all highly recommend it.
If you’re visiting Springfield and you don’t eat here, you will definitely regret it.
And I have to give a huge shoutout to Manager Jerry. He’s always on the floor, hands-on with everything, going out of his way to help every single guest. His attitude is amazing, he’s so kind and incredibly helpful.
I’ll be coming back again and again, all because of how great he and this place are.

Food and drinks were delicious. I love this place. Went to the one at The Legends and it was also delicious. I’m Korean, so naturally, I’m going to love Korean food. lol!! Autumn was fantastic. She learned the culture and heritage. Not many servers do that. These pics are from The Legends location, but same company.

Absolutey amazing! The waiter was very nice and i quite enjoyed the food! Hands down second favorite place ive ever been (and ive eaten around a lol) Highly reccomend! The meat felt really high quality aswell (im not a expert, so take that with a grain of salt ) they give you an order tablet and you just order the ingredients whenever you need them, the ingredients do come out in waves, so some ingredients come later then others, not by category, but i noticed the meat came out sooner on average. I do feel like medium sized parties might get a bit crowded on the korean barbucue depending on what table you get (some have one burner for smaller parties and two for larger ones) Have a great day! God bless!

What a great addition to our city! The atmosphere and service was fantastic. The food was even better! KPOT is an experience and fun activity for the whole family! I feel like we tried so many different meat options but looking back at the menu we didn’t even get through half of them. I think the price is more than fair for being all you can eat combined with the high quality of food. They had plenty of gluten free items to choose from and it was all marked clearly on the menu. I can’t wait to go back!
