A couple days ago I ordered the new lavender Matcha along with a sandwich. When I received the lavender Matcha, it was my first time ever getting it so I didn’t know how it should’ve looked like. I’ve always ordered my latte with cold foam, so I know how the cold foam should look like but in this case the lavender cold foam, in my Matcha did not look Good at all. The lavender cold foam did not sit properly at the top and the Little cold foam that it did had it was barely any. I asked the ladies if that was how it supposed to look like and they said yes, so I just took their word for it. A couple days after this happen, I went to a different location and I asked for the same thing and my watch looked way better. I Was so disappointed on this location. And to add my sandwich, took forever to be ready. The pictures shown at a table are the ones of this location clearly, and the pictures shown in a car are the ones at the different location.

I usually love this Starbucks, but today’s experience was absolutely awful. The drive-through employee, Ken, was unbelievably rude and condescending. I asked a couple of harmless questions about their fall drinks, including if they had apple cider, and was met with pure attitude and disgust.

When I pulled up to the window, Ken wouldn’t even look at me, just shoved the payment screen out and told me to leave a tip. Then, while waiting for my drinks, they left the window open and started mocking me to their coworker loud enough for me to hear. Seriously?

When I got my drinks and said “Have a good day,” they rolled their eyes and slammed the window shut. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily mean. I’ve always had great experiences at this location, but this one person single-handedly ruined my afternoon.

From my recent experiences at Starbucks in town, especially the disappointment at the location next to Washington Bank on 3rd, I’ve noticed a contrast. I’ve seen Ken at several different stores, and he always remembers me and my family. It’s always a great experience whenever I see him.

I don’t usually review Starbucks, unless it’s exceptionally great or a total fail. This place is a dump, when is the last time someone cleaned the floor? The patio hasn’t been cleaned in months, it’s disgusting.

Service was less than welcoming or friendly. Coffee was Starbucks. I have been out of town for several months but this location has fallen to the bottom. Sad.

I just waited in line for 10 minutes to get told that if I wanted to order a simple latte it was going to take 15 minutes, after having waited 10 minutes. I felt really stunned and just ordered a drip coffee that I didn’t want so literally just threw it away. Merry Christmas! Starbucks owes me $3.
