I stopped at this Starbucks this morning and realized I forgot to add two cake pops to my order. These are pre-made items that take zero time to grab, yet the employee at the window told me I had to drive all the way back around and wait in the entire line again behind everyone ordering custom drinks because she “couldn’t” ring them up quickly.

As someone with years of customer service and management experience, this is not how you treat customers. A simple add-on should not require a full re-queue, especially when it doesn’t impact the workflow. Extremely disappointing experience and definitely not the level of service Starbucks claims to provide.

Ordered my typical Iced Matcha, it was super green! looked beautiful but I knew would taste awful. And yes it was a very bitter drink…but I paid $7 for it so had to drink it, didn’t have time to go back.

My son and I went to order in front. My son used his phone to show us exactly what he wanted. A girl named Lex helped us. She took my son’s phone and, when she finished, threw it away with a rude attitude. They should improve customer service. I also ordered a macha with extra lavender foam, and the lavender foam doesn’t look good at all.

I called today to ask few questions about 2 items I was looking for… like I know it can be annoying to answer the phone but it was literally the nicest person who answered the phone and was answering to all my questions. I never felt rushed or anything. And he was so knowledgeable. I wish I could remember his name. Anyways. Thanks to you 🙂

No dark blends brewed other than Verona. They don’t offer French, Italian, Sumatra or other darker roasts. I remember why I quit supporting Starbucks years ago.

Been going to this SB for 8 years now. In many ways, SB has been a home away from home while working on my dissertation and working remotely. Staff and atmosphere have been a great place to work on these projects. but for some crazy reason SB reno’d the space and removed half of the gathering space and all of the environment that made SB the preferred office away from the office, all in favor of counters that facilitate mobile orders. I am for updating, but this was a miss for SB. I am now on the hunt for a place that is both productive and warm. Any suggestions???

Always go there for our weekend morning walk. For some reason these last 2 days, their service was a little slow. One of our frappe did not either have enough coffee or they forgot to put coffee in it. We did not want to walk back so…..hoping it was just a fluck.

Went in through the drive-thru and asked if I could come up to the window as I was providing a picture of an order. Lex was very rude and snarky while ringing up the order.. then told me to pull around in line again to pick up the order?! I ended up just coming inside. She was again rude and stand off-ish when I was at the register with a different employee. All of which, the men who are working are exceptional and friendly. You work in customer service, provide customer service. Ironically, I went to write the review and laughed when I noticed a few other reviews on ‘Lex.’

Maybe educate her on how to get customers to return before they start finding another location.

Honestly not a fan, most of my experiences haven’t been the best but today really put a bad taste in my mouth (literally) first off I was trying to explain my drink and the cashier kept talking over me, messed up the milk so I couldn’t even drink it and when we got the drink it was burnt

My favorite Starbucks by far. They are always on top of everything, including heating up my cheese danish in the morning and always suggesting new drinks when I can’t decide!! Great team and tasty treats ☕️
