Really popular breakfast spot in the area. Once you enter the door, you will put the order in at the counter. Remember to order everything because I’m not sure how you order any other items after you sit down. The servers bring you food but I don’t think they take orders. Beverages are self service. You will get a cup once you purchase drink.

It’s quite big inside. But again, very popular. We were lucky to get a table. The food is good. Typical western breakfast, eggs, toasts, sandwiches etc. Warm and buttery. It took sometime for food to come out.

Restaurant is clean. Bathroom is clean. Servers are nice. Parking lot in the front. A solid place for breakfast brunch.

Best place eveeeeeeeer I’ve been a customer for the last year the amount of times that I have requested the chicken and pesto bowl is insane but this is my favorite dish. It’s only around 630 cal super healthy loaded with protein and delicious, hands-down best place ever.

I don’t think it’s pricey. The chicken and festival is around 13 bucks after taxes, which is great

We picked this place for Sunday brunch in downtown Nashville area. It is in the Vanderbilt Uni campus, so we saw lots of students, some with their families at the restaurant. They have free parking spots in the plaza, but with only an hour limits.

The restaurant is very spacious, mostly clean. Guests walk in at the register first to put their order, then they go to the table. I liked this efficient system, as they get to start preparing the order right away. Despite this process, it took them more than 30 minutes to bring our order out, that was so surprising.

I got the roast beef sandwich that was decent. The salad that came it was actually better than the sandwich. The pancakes and scrambled eggs omelette were okay dishes as well. Our brunch experience was overall fine, but there’s plenty of scope for both the food and the service to improve.

Hidden Gem with an Amazing Breakfast

We stumbled upon this breakfast spot by accident during a beautiful walk near Vanderbilt University, and it turned out to be a fantastic find! Tucked into a a shopping center, it had a cozy and welcoming feel.

The food was absolutely spectacular. The sausage was flavorful and perfectly cooked, the toast was crispy yet soft, and the fresh eggs were done just right. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was the perfect refreshing touch.

It’s not always easy to find a place that gets all the breakfast basics so perfect, but this spot nailed it. Great food, friendly service, and a charming location — we’ll definitely be back!

I wanted a good breakfast place to have breakfast on Saturday morning and I came across this place on West end avenue. This place is a sister company of first watch restaurants. So here’s how it works you place your order and then you go sit down and then they bring the food out to you. I ordered the waffle and bacon and eggs and a meat lovers omelette and everything was prepared to perfection. The waffle was fluffy and sweet and the eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon was crisp. The meat omelette was prepared with all the ingredients that I listed and for a garnish they prepared a salad with vinaigrette dressing which gave it a nice healthy attractive look. This place and its atmosphere was entertaining everyone was able to enjoy their meal and drinks and coffee was self-service. The service was on point and the waitresses really care to make your food taste great. The most important thing of it was price-wise very reasonable and you won’t spend the same as lunch when ordering breakfast here. You need to give this place a shot and you will feel at home and the food is fantastic and I strongly suggest you won’t be disappointed.

We came here for lunch after visiting the Parthenon and found it very refreshing! My husband got the Farmhouse bowl. I opted for the Chicken Avocado Chop salad. Both were delicious! I could have used a little more arugula in my salad just because I like an arugula heavy salad, but the balance of ingredients was good, and it was a refreshing and filling salad. I also tried some of my husband’s bowl and it was also really good. The grains are cooked well and not dried out.

We’ve been to First Watch before many times, but never Sun & Fork – I really liked the concept and I hope they expand to more cities. Ordering from the table via QR is really seamless, and the food came out quickly. The space is bright and inviting, with lots of seating. There are lots of 2-person tables, 4-person tables, as well as larger, longer tables for a group. There’s enough space to walk around too, it doesn’t feel crowded. Would definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch if you’re in the area!

Ate here while visiting Nashville this past weekend; we loved it so much that we came back the next day. I had the carnitas rancheros bowl with ancient grains and scrambled eggs: delicious!! Got it on the second day, too. My husband got “The Traditional” both days; he subbed a salad for the potatoes (see picture) but had the potatoes the day before, and they were delicious. We highly recommend Sun and Fork. Service was great; atmosphere is warm and friendly.

Overall: great place for quick breakfasts or casual brunch with “normal” Nashville prices

Food: thoroughly enjoyed everything! Well made eggs. Great açaí bowl. High quality toast.

Service: no complaints. Food brought out rather quickly.

Ambiance: chill vibes, spacious, quiet, good for family breakfasts or for studying

Parking: very limited space , can only park for an hour close by

This place is an absolute brunch gem. The fresh-squeezed orange juice alone is worth the visit; bright, cold, and bursting with real citrus flavor. The cinnamon chip pancakes are next-level: perfectly fluffy with just the right sweetness in every bite. And the avocado toast? Outstanding, fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared without trying too hard. Everything tastes high-quality and made with care. Easily one of those spots you’ll keep thinking about and coming back to.
