Look, it’s Taco Bell so you know what you’re getting. But today, I ordered in the drive thru, my order was ready quickly and completed/served accurately, and the woman working the counter was really nice and attentive. Hence, a rare 5 star review (they really dry need to give you more chips with the chips and cheese order though lol)!

I don’t know what the deal is with this Taco Bell. The last time I came, the quesadilla was SO good, tasted like the old ones when fast food was done right. This time, I had an entire piece of my quesadilla with NOTHING in it. Not the first time food hasn’t been great here but it’s the closest one to me so I keep trying. The only thing saving this place from a 1 or 2 star is how good it was last time.

Came in on a snow day and the restaurant was completely empty. Ava, Wesley, Bricy, and Jacob were all super helpful and so nice! They catered exactly to my needs and the food was delicious. I will never eat anywhere else in my life. Much love to my taco bell family:)

The food is great. But that’s not the reason I find myself going to the Taco Bell on Blowing Rock road some nights.
It’s for the service.
To mention a certain individual, Brycee, or Bricy, maybe even Brycie. Tonight I went on one of the hardest nights I’ve been through, facing a breakup, getting my car towed, missing class, overdue assignments, everything seems to have gone wrong in a short period of 24 hours.
It was the 45 second interaction with a drive through worker that really turned my whole day around. Although this person is technically a stranger to me, only ever hearing and seeing this person for no longer than a minute, this single person always has a smile on their face and a positive attitude that is contagious to customers.
Not to mention, every time I pull up to the drive through his familiar voice “welcome to the bell I hope all is well” immediately tells me my food is gonna be in safe hands and I will be met with the perfect level of satisfaction while eating.
This guy has changed my entire perspective on the fast food industry. As long as there are Brycees in this world it’s gonna be an okay place.

I keep getting cheated out of money here because they don’t seem to understand or remember their own Happier Hour promotion that has been active for years. I get a medium drink (between 2 and 5) specifically because it is $1 during happier hour. They have charged me full price at least 4 times, once I caught it before I pulled away and it was refunded to my card. The last time I caught it and asked for a refund, and after paying with my card $2.79 for the drink they came back to the window and handed me a single 1 dollar bill and said, here’s the difference.

I just want to say, the store was slammed tonight. Everything was chaos. The line was to the street for drive thru, the store was filled with dashers and people trying to order. I had placed a Mobile order. The team and management were working endlessly trying to push orders out. Yes I did have to wait, but my God they were trying so hard. And the food for me and my coworkers was fabulous. Thank you guys for working so hard.

Just got our doordash order from here..
Ordered 2 large drinks, got 2 mediums.
Ordered 2 tacos, one had no meat, the other only meat.
Crunch wrap had multiple ingredients missing. Basically the whole order was trash. I wouldnt order from here again.
