I had a AMAZING experience last week at this location.
Brandon (who I’m assuming is the management), was top notch service. Very kind and on top of things.
I asked him about the spinning wheel at the front desk and he said it’s for reviews and you can spin it for an item. I did not have my phone on me but he let me spin it anyway and gave me a Cookie desert on the house. My food was already done, so I had to wait for the cookie to bake. He offered my pizzas to sit in the warmer while I waited, and I explained that it will be cold anyway because I live about an hour away. He then gave me a Doordash pizza bag for the road on the house to keep it warm (it was warm by the time we got home still!).
Such amazing service, kindness, and yummy food!
Thank you Brandon for a great experience! My kids loved the cookie, and I love the bag! Lol

We had the Happy Hour lunch/dinner special (4-7pm): endless pizza, pasta and salad for $9.99. A really great value, and even includes a drink and dessert. The variety of salad and pasta could use some improvement though- the pizza and service was awesome though. Even the manager checked on us. -p.s. the music to the grab-a-toy machine in the backroom could be muted. It drove us batty

I’ll start by saying I really like pizza hut. Everyone I’ve been to is good, on time and hot. The one in chino is always AT least 20 minutes late. I’ve scheduled a delivery 5-6 hours ahead of time. Nothing special. Two large pizzas. I’ve had them hang up on me, they’ve ran out of dough multiple times. What national chain pizza place runs out of dough?! I’ve ordered garlic sauce on the side and didn’t get it multiple times. I feel bad because the delivery guy has to go back and get it. The issue is I live five minutes from the place. The pizza has usually been good. Everything else has been bad. :::Update almost a year later. I ordered the new cheesesteak pizza and bread sticks. Pizza wasn’t cut bread sticks were cut through the top where the seasoning part comes off. This location needs to be shut down, or completely redone.

Good server and excellent food. Even after a long wait, Employee Wyatt came to me and explained the reason for the wait after a mishap with a wing order and proceeded to deliver excellent wings immediately after. Absolutely recommend, thank you pizza hut.

08-17-2025: once again order delivery and when food arrives its not what I ordered. No stuffed crust on any of the pizzas I paid for, charged me full price but shipped differently. Just a call or charging me correctly would keep this from happening. Given plenty of chances but now will never give them another. Last bit of money they receive from me.
Burned pizza, not stuffed crust like we ordered, and it arrives cold an hour after placing the order. No one answers the phone.
*wife went in person, replacing the pizza but out of stuffed crust. I would have appreciated a phone call to notify us instead of thinking they got our order wrong but still letting a burned pizza get delivered shouldn’t be an acceptable practice.
**update December 2024, have given them a few more tries at the end of this year and so far it seems as though things ha e changed for the better. Hopefully they don’t revert back to bad customer service. Will keep coming back if things continue as is.

Customer service is excellent, quick and neat. The worker (Brianna) was very nice and friendly, patient and flexible. It was nice in the building clean and ac was cool. Food is tasty and quickly served.
