Food was piled higher than I expected for Manhattan. Yeah it’s 16$ but you get what you paid for and it has more character than a Chipotle chicken bowl for sure. More protein and sauce flavors. Guys behind the counter offer good service too for no reason despite it just being a 3 seater and a counter top. Great spot.

Not sure what happened to the service but the food quality is extremely poor now. You guys use to be so damn good what exactly happened??
The taco bowl was terrible now before it was fine now they use fried nacho chips to create the bowl for the taco salad huge disappointment and disgusting.
Secondly the burritos are getting very small and missing add-ons like veggies etc etc
I asked for fajitas and other add-on items for the burrito and what I received only came with rice and protein no veggies it was disappointing and terrible.
You guys need to go back to your old ways or will lose me as a customer because I spent well over $70+ every time when I order

ordered a RICE bowl. literally got one scoop of rice spread out all over the bowl. and then a bunch of meats and lettuce. Great appreciate the mean but kind of wanted some rice. never seen anything like this. It’s a sad bowl for $20+ had to push back all the meet to just show the small amounts of rice in this. Gave them a call some girl answered like she didn’t even want to be there and all she said was ya uh sorry. I’d rather chipotle because at least i’m getting a RICE BOWL.

This is my second time coming here they never disappoint their food is so good better than chipotle I’m afraid but please guys please tip them because they work so hard. I see a lot of customers not tipping them and to me that’s sad. They work so hard.

It had been a while since I last visited Guac Time, but I’m really glad I stopped by again. I asked the staff for a recommendation, and they made me a delicious chicken burrito that absolutely hit the spot. Honestly, it was hands down better than Chipotle flavorful, fresh, and the fact that it’s halal makes it even better. As many people know, halal is similar to organic in terms of quality, and you can really taste the difference. The prices are also very reasonable for the portion and quality you get. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

order takeout from this place and I kid you not they forgot half of my ingredients. the main one being the spinach and black beans. mind you I ordered a burrito bowl. the portion is also pitiful. try Guacado if you’re uptown or in brooklyn it’s way better.

The food is generally quite good; however, there are occasions when the staff’s hygiene practices are lacking. They often transition from handling the register, touching money, bagging food, and even touching their faces and beards, to preparing food without changing their gloves. This behavior is highly unsanitary. While the level of hygiene can differ based on which staff members are present, a consistent standard should be maintained every day, not just on select days. I often find myself craving the quesadilla, but I hesitate to order it because I dislike having to request that a staff member change their gloves. Proper sanitary practices should be emphasized during training to prevent such issues. Consequently, I often choose to leave and dine elsewhere. I truly wish this location would improve its practices, especially since it is conveniently located near my workplace.

I recently had lunch here with my girlfriend , and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the variety of menu options they offer, and the flavors were on point. The avocado taco box was a personal favorite, and their hot sauces added an extra kick to the meal. It never disappoints when I’m craving Mexican-inspired fast food. I’ll definitely be back for more!
