And the Smash patty with the crisp edges wow wow wow this place is 5 stars all around. Definitely my go to to anytime I’m in San Jose, Costa Rica!! Burger #1 the Royale with cheese. Sent me on a trip of instant childhood to your fav burger as a kid but in the Adult version.(Ask for extra special sauce). And Burger #2 Golden bacon double and let me tell you with crisp bacon pieces over the melted American cheese was fire!! This burger here is for the Burger connoisseur who enjoys quality with real Burger flavors.

⚠️This is a ghost kitchen ⚠️ Google Maps has so much other information, that even the note from the restaurant saying this gets lost among everything else. I went to the plaza where Burga is located, only to look again and realize they didn’t have a restaurant per se. I had to go to the counter at the restaurant called Azafrán, to order for take out only. You’ll end up waiting off to the side along with food delivery workers, and the only place you can enjoy the meal is at the plaza food court. Besides all that, the burger was really good and quite large. The fries were good too. I really hope they end up getting a physical location to set up a much better vibe to eat than the depressing food court.

So burgers are very personal taste. I like smashed burgers with minimal ingredients. Although I enjoy a Burga every now and then but they are very overloaded with intense flavors and too much sauce; also the portion size with too large for me (but unsure if most people prefer that). But again, it do is a good burger if you like that kind of burger.
