Trivia here is a blast! The staff is incredibly friendly, even though they are running all over the place. They have some unique food options (like the pork sliders) that are quite delicious. Their fries are also bangin. Lots of pool tables too which is nice. Best trivia I’ve done.

The Brass Ring has a large dining room and bar area as well as numerous pool tables. The bar and dining room don’t have quite enough large TV’s so this might not be the best place to watch the game if it’s busy.
The beer list is pretty good. The food menu has a nice variety. The food was cooked well.

Really cool place with really cool employees. They have at least 9 pool tables and a very organized way for people to use them, only $15/hr/table which is pretty great. They also have a full bar and pretty big food menu. Would definitely recommend this place on a Friday night.

I stopped by here for some comfort food after arriving from the airport in the evening. The food was fantastic, as was the beer selection. Service was stellar, and the manager, Ray, convinced me to come back for trivia night—and I’m glad I did! I enjoyed some delicious watermelon cider, the trivia was highly entertaining, and our waiter, Christian, was on top of his game. This place has definitely become one of my favorites.

Came here this Friday night to play pool with some friends for a birthday. Had a ton of fun playing shuffleboard while waiting for a pool table. The equipment is well maintained and they have full pool table sizes. There are ~9 tables available for play. The cocktail menu is very yummy! I had the Raspberry Lemon drink and the Pineapple Cherry Daiquiri, which were both delicious. The bartenders were very lovely as well.

I’ve never written a review before but this place blew me away. To start, never had more condescending bartenders in my life. This place has the longest waits for the worst cheese curds in Madison. And 90 minutes to answer 12 trivia questions, really? Don’t see myself ever going back sadly but I guess brass ring give brass service, expecting even aluminum might even be too much.

Made a trivia reservation online and got a text confirmation from host. Arrived 9 minutes early and was told my reservation and our seating was given away, and there was no space available. We did not receive any notice of this policy.

If you’re looking for bar trivia, this is the place to go! I don’t drink but for both food quality and the quality of the trivia show this venue is the best I’ve seen.
