Its hit n miss. Recently it was getting btr but not 2day. I ge tacos. Too often the meat flavor is watered down n rarely tastes like taco flavoring but at least if its not watered down thats ok. Oh well. But the cinnie twists hav greatly improved! I used to hate those but now I love them! They r adding more butter, cinnie and sugar. It tastes as u wld expect and want. Nice!!

I had one of the most disappointing drive-thru experiences tonight at this Taco Bell. After being told to wait 10 minutes before they could even take my order, I then spent another 15 minutes in the drive-thru (with only two cars ahead of me). I understand being busy—no problem there—but the service I received afterward was unacceptable.
I ordered a Mountain Dew with light ice, but the cup was missing nearly two inches of drink. It genuinely looked like someone had taken a few gulps before handing it to me. If I’m asking for light ice, I shouldn’t be losing drink.
It also took an unusually long time for them to give me my change, and to top things off, the middle-aged African American woman (didn’t catch her name) was extremely rude. She told me, “Your time’s up, you gotta go,” as if any of the delays were in my control.
I’m new to Dothan, and everywhere else I’ve been so far, people have been friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. This was by far my worst Taco Bell experience. If you’re looking for food after 9:30 PM, do yourself a favor—skip this location and save your money.

I got nachos fries and fiesta potatoes. Both of them taste so bad. They were very oily and greasy, smells awful like they been frying in same oil for long period of time. After my son ate couple of them he literally vomited. I usually like Taco Bell but not from here. I would not come back here again. I rather drive and get better quality food.

This is one of my normal stops when I am in the area. A modern up to date place. But, this time was very saddening. The place was nearly empty. I had to wait almost ten minutes to order and another 15 minutes to receive my order. While waiting, I looked around, noticed a food inspector rating of 97, yet the prep counters were full of food debris, the floor with small piles of food swept together, and the drink counter needed a good wipe down. I am not sure how they could receive such a high rating when a common customer could easily see these discrepancies. By the time I received my food, it was luke warm. You have lost a customer.

Everytime I order in the drive thru, after each item I order they quickly say “is that it” without giving me a half second to say the rest, and after I say the last item I say “that’s it” they’ll still say “is that all”. It’s very annoying. Most the time they get my order wrong and I have to go inside anyways. That’s why I go inside to the kiosk now because I know I’ll get my cheesy double beef burrito without fiesta strips and drink with no ice correct every single time.

The fresh cantina taco was the best the avocado salsa Verde sauce was too good. The meximelt is by far one of the best menu items. The 3 cheese flatbread is my new addiction. I dont like the cinnamon twists, I wish they’d do the cheese fries or chips. They charge for chips. Service is nice if you get one of the one guy that’s usually always nice and on his tasks. He seems to know how to run a place. He’s the only guy that’s nice you won’t miss him he’s always there:)
P.s they got rid of the CLASSIC STACKER. What a shame!

We went here Friday night after a homecoming game and it was crazy busy but the guy working the drive thru window was super friendly despite the line being wrapped around the building. The food came out fast, the order was correct and the food was Hot!!! Excellent job!!

This place will either be fill 5 stars or firmly a 1-2 star. I’m not really sure what the reason is…it used to be only the night shift that was rough be now it’s just hit or miss whenever. Excessive waits(like 30 min total wait time in drive-through), tacos with hardly any filling, etc.
