I stopped by this location yesterday during my lunch break since it’s a quick and convenient option just down the road from my office. The man who served me was very polite and informative about the deals and food prices. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a roll. The roll was delicious—it tasted fresh and had what seemed like a honey butter glaze on top.
The spicy chicken sandwich had good flavor, but the bread was a bit soggy from being pre-packaged. I think these sandwiches would be even better if they were made upon request to avoid the bread getting soggy from sitting too long.
The seating area was decent for a shared restaurant space, which is located next to another quick food option and connected to a gas station. The area was clean, well-lit, and had plenty of windows, creating a comfortable environment for a quick bite. I didn’t notice if drinks were available in this section since I already had one with me.
Overall, it’s a nice little stop if you’re looking for a quick meal, and if you enjoy fried chicken, I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try.

The chicken was greasy and soggy. This was at noon. I ordered a 3 pc tender with biscuit and potato wedges. $16 later. Way too expensive but I was on a lunch crunch. Would definitely not recommend.

Chicken was ready but not that fresh. Biscuit wasn’t a rock this time. Been to a couple different Chester’s lately and it’s becoming harder to find them with breast pieces, usually only the small pieces are available. Today I thought I was lucky. I got 2 breast pieces until I noticed large slices removed from our breast pieces. Not very honest Chester’s! Look at my pictures. Are there any honest businesses left?

I didn’t even end up eating. I wanted chicken bites, and was informed that all they had were the small quantity of dried up ones under the lamp (1:48pm Tuesday). Ubhad already waited an exorbitant amount of time while a previous customer who wanted livers, was told that they were out of livers. Then, the manager negotiated with he about what to charge and what to include in the box (customer wanted a free wing).

At approximately 4:30 PM I order 4 piece dark with 2 biscuits. I am told there is only 1 biscuit left. I ask what compensation is being offered. I am told they don’t offer compensation. The site says they close at 9 PM. So, I am not willing to pay for a product they refuse to provide.

Today: This Chester’s is still 1-Star. I asked for fresh tenders. The cook was offered and quite rude. In my opinion, he intentionally overcooked my order. The tenders were rock hard. This will be my last time coming to this dump.
My 2021 Review 1 Star: Chester’s is usually the best. Today there were bones in my tenders and the chicken was generally bland. Wedges were okay.

The guy seemed helpful but…..
They were out of biscuits, honey mustard and most of their sides. This is the 3rd time they were out of biscuits and 2nd time out of honey mustard. Maybe I’ll check back next year.

We got handed a box of our chicken biscuits sandwiches and told “Sorry. I didn’t have time to put them together.” Hate to see what would have happened if we had an even more complex sandwich
