Whoever is on your night time crew, you need to fire them all. Immediately. They are all severely incompetent. They have never gotten a delivery order correct. Not a single time. This time we ordered two different flavors, one bone in and the rest boneless plus voodoo fries and a large drink. The label on the bag shows everything we were supposed to have, except in the bag they made them all the same flavor, and the drink was completely wrong as it was supposed to be Dr. Pepper and they have Fruit Punch and the Voodoo fries were completely missing. This location is probably costing tons of money in refunds because of this night staff just so you’re aware. We’ll be requesting one for sure for the over 100 dollars we spent for basically a completely different order.

I came in around 10 or 11 am today to get some lunch for me and my family ended up throwing up sweating having heat flashes all night and it turns out it’s food poisoning we have had every kind of issue with this restaurant from timing not giving us the right orders not seasoning the chicken properly and employees being blatantly rude. Will not be coming back again.

A girl named Nicole was our host. She was so unpleasant and quick to make facial expressions if we asked for more ice in our cup or more drink. The tables ( every single one we tried to sit at) were very sticky and when I cleaned up my area to leave, the napkin was dirty from the table. The manager had earlier asked her to clean the table…..she came over and asked if we had left sugar wrappers on the table in a whiny way as to insinuate “Why am I cleaning your table when you’re leaving these little wrappers everywhere….” When the chicken finally came, the pieces were semi-warm on the underside, but COLD on the outer top side (gross)….to top it all off, I saw a baby roach struggling to climb the wall beside our table….either it was dying or exhausted…..yuck.
I eat at Wingstops all over the state….most always, the chicken is sizzling hot, the aroma is delicious and the hosts are super friendly and welcoming.
This experience was not the standard that most Wingstops abide by….
My stomach was upset all afternoon after that gross meal….I will never come back again.

Well bad news no more bread for combos or any meal so sad but wings still good customer service very friendly fast service cashier was great firts time here I’ll be back here for sure very close from the freeways and streets fine in tables is open good

This is the third time I’ve stopped by here and Manager “Renee” told me that my order would be 55mins to a hr There’s no other customers in the store. But reading a text message off his personal phone of a order personal order someone texted him to one of the helpers. Very poor customer service. I wish Corporate would look at cameras between 2:45pm -3:04pm. Only customer in store (green shirt). Only reason I put a star is because it wouldn’t let me move forward and the AC was on….

We order the same thing regularly and the seasoning on the Louisiana rub is also hit and miss. This time I think they totally forgot the seasoning. Spent $70 and they were just plain. Totally unacceptable. Need consistency please!
