Elliot’s bar has a distinct vibe that I found pretty enjoyable. The space is ample, and I particularly appreciated the projector on the back wall, which showed KiKis Delivery, adding to the atmosphere. When I arrived before my friend, I did feel a bit out of place as I wasn’t greeted or directed to a seat. The bartender seemed to be managing fine, so it would have been nice to receive a welcome, particularly since other patrons were acknowledged. This made me consider moving outside, as I felt a bit like an inconvenience.
Fortunately, my friend arrived shortly after, which helped lift the mood. He mentioned that he often visits Elliot’s and enjoys it, so I felt reassured by his recommendation, given our shared taste.
When the bartender eventually came over, she was friendly and attentive, informing us that we could choose any table since it wasn’t busy. The drinks we ordered were impressive, boasting great flavor and strength. I requested that my second drink be made sweeter, and the bartender accommodated that perfectly!
Overall, I had a positive experience at Elliot’s bar and would definitely consider returning in the future. A little more initial warmth from the staff could further enhance the atmosphere.

We came up visiting for an Illenium show at red rocks, but decided to venture up north with friends to try this place out. The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming. The staff was prompt and accommodating, and the drinks were all amazing! If you’re looking for good martinis with a cute area to match give this place a try!

We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday here. We all got scrumptious drinks and delicious olives. I would definitely recommend coming here. We can’t wait to go back and try some more fun drinks the next time. The wait staff is great.

What a great find! THE best cocktail list ever and the drinks were sublime – my chocolate martini was to die for and the strawberry one had me thinking it was summertime in the snow! Lol
The food is all prepared on site in-house and the warm artichoke dip was divine with the little bread and crackers, the hummus was ok but could have been a bit more tasty and the service of our server was the best. A great place to unwind, relax and chill and go through the cocktail menu 😉

Came here on Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful time! There was a short wait but a nice fire to warm up by outside while waiting. The drinks were awesome and I highly recommend the root beer float and “Thai me up” dessert martinis. Got a couple appetizers, they were tasty but a little on the smaller side. They also had fun options for valentines specials. We were sat in a cute nook, but the table was very low and awkward if you are wearing a dress. Excited to try more of their drinks!

I think I am in LOVE ❤️ !! Helvis?!? Straight NO Schmear!?! Key Lime Pie?!?! FOCO Vice?!? Midnight Express?!? Thai Me Up?!? OMGOODNESS GONE WILD!!! How have I missed this place all this time?!? Need a little Tapas to balance you?? Sundried Tomato Tapenade or the Baked Brie with Raspberry sauce with Chambord. Let’s not forget to support the local businesses by adding Nita Crisp Crackers to the plate and this place is truly a hidden gem. Cool atmosphere, Sassy bartenders and the owners game of, “You don’t like Gin, I do; let’s fix this” is always a fun challenge to accept. Booths, bar, high tops and even a window seat. This place is comfy, cozy, chill and sweet. A must visit, a new spot to go, no seriously go! Now! You are missing out. On second thought, no don’t. I don’t want this place busy. I changed my mind go away it’s awful, it sucks, never visit.
