I always love getting me some Ono BBQ. It’s really good but expensive. Their portion sizes are big however, so it evens out. I love their self served sauce station, it’s great for saucy folks. I got the chicken katsu plate and lemme tell you, I wish there was more rice because there was so much katsu on that plate it was a big piece every mouth bite. I love the steamed veggies, cooked well and complements the katsu really well. Also got their spam masubi and it was really good. I would say its priced a little too much for what it is, maybe like $4.50 – $5 not $6 for 2. Other than that, I will be coming back. Great food!

I am a frequent visitor and usually had good experience with this place, but today I received burned fried white fish on top of the miscommunication that resulted in the removal of steamed vegetables, which was not what I wanted. I specifically said I don’t want rice and wanted macaronis. The server removed all sides and put only macaronis. Over at least 5 years of visiting, there were only very few displeased service and food quality occasions, but today I had both and leaving this comment with 2 star rating.

Nice and clean restaurant. The staff always goes out to the tables to wipe down their tables. We ordered the chicken bbq and the beef bbq. I was amazed that they have their own logo on the table napkins, these napkins are not the regular small ones but a real sized table napkin! The Food had good portions enough to feed two people per order depending on how hungry you are. We are happy to have discovered this place. We wonder if other branches do the same? I will send an update soon as we get into one!

This branch is still one of the best branches of Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Kudos to the cooks they actually follow the requested orders with special instructions. The portions are huge compared to other branches! We would like to thank the management for having great employees and their understanding that customers are in dire straits due to high prices; giving customers the ability to enjoy the fantastic meal!

Busy time during dinner and my order was fast enough. A staff was cleaning the table and sweepi g floor to keep clean while more staff were busy in the kitchen.

I recently went here. And I loved this place until recently. I can no longer eat gluten, it makes me sick, so I always ask for a #1 with double rice. For some reason this particular time they had macaroni salad hidden under my double rice!!!! As well as some fried/breaded chicken with my grilled chicken?!?!? Needless to say by the time I realized it had already consumed some of it and I started to feel ill. Very disappointing.

It can get busy, and orders can take long, so bring your patience. Also bring money, it’s no cheap. The tables are too close together.
The service is ok, the food is ok, mostly the macaroni and rice. The chicken has too much fat. Get extra sauce. Otherwise, you won’t have enough.
There is plenty of parking for all.

Ono is really yummy, and their portion sizes remain large. It’s not the cheapest place but the quality is good. Expect to pay about $25 or so per person.

Service was friendly and fast. I received an ample portion of food. This location looked sloppy. Trays, plates and containers were over stacked on back counter. Cups were also overloaded. I’m sure everything is needed to help serve the customer but this made it look messy and unkept. I might return to this location but not my first choice.
